Mick has over 25 years experience with contracting and management with small and large corporations. He has had multiple financial executive roles at IBM Corporation, Cisco Cystems, ADT Security Services, KPMG Auditors and America Ventures. Mick received a Business Administration Degree from Georgetown University and a MBA with full scholarship from the University of Chicago. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and is fluent in four languages. Mick is an advisor, director, investor and interim CEO/CFO for various new ventures.
Tom has over 25 years of successful experience with engineering and management of corporate enterprises and new ventures. Prior to Flood Panel and Architecture Metals, he was the President of Osborne Contracting & Consulting, which worked in over 100 projects related to architectural louvers, flood control products and hurricane storm protection. He started his career as inspector, surveyor and engineer for Fuss & O'Neill in Connecticut. He currently has a State of Florida license for Glass and Glazing, which allows him to fully counsel customers on the requirements for protection of building openings. Tom has a degree in surveying and forestry from Paul Smith's College in New York.
