Charissa, as CEO/President of FMG + Company, has recently assumed full responsibility for FMG, a woman/minority owned small business. She has over 25 years of experience in transportation and project delivery. Under Charissa's leadership, the firm has grown from a niche architecture firm to a multidisciplinary business in architecture and program management. She's passionate about creating a level playing field for small businesses by promoting policies that elevate their role in project delivery through collaboration and creativity. She is committed to fulfilling client needs and developing partnerships through collaboration and trust. Joe has over 30 years of architecture experience and has proven success as a project leader. For the past few years at FMG, he has focused on complex station modernization projects for BART. He brings a regional planning perspective on projects to clients, incorporating a holistic approach in project delivery. He is thoughtful in his approach to design and has brought many essential facilities to fruition by tailoring design standards that effectively satisfy client requirements, and result in buildable solutions on projects.
, Linda uses her savvy engineering skills and knowledge acquired over 30 years to provide management and oversight to FMG. She is an excellent team builder and communicator. She is known throughout the transportation industry for successfully delivering projects and programs to public agencies and private development. She brings the client perspective to projects since her experience includes working directly for city and counties, while providing staff augmentation to public transit agencies.
Mania brings more than 20 years of transit experience with extensive knowledge of how complex transit projects get designed and built. She has worked in the field of architecture on both public and private sector projects from programming and schematic design through design development and construction documents. She has extensive knowledge in construction administration oversight from ground-breaking until closeout and occupancy.
Rafael is an experienced architect with over 30 years of experience in all project phases, from design through construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration. He has proven success as a project leader directing architectural teams, ensuring successful consultant coordination, client relations, and project approvals. He has worked on projects in aviation, transportation and the private sector and is adept at implementing design standards.
Having co-founded the firm as Finger & Moy in 1981, Ron Finger served as design principal on the firm's most visible projects. His strong team-focused work ethic strengthened both internal and external teams.
