FMB - Key Persons
Ali holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Trinity College Dublin. He joined FMB in 2021 and is training to be a Chartered Accountant. He currently works in our Audit and Assurance division.
Aravind Reddy G has joined FMB in 2019 and working as part of audit and assurance division. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant of India, CPA of Ireland and hold's Master degree ( M. Sc in IAA) with NUIG. He has 7 years of professional work experience in Audit & Accounts.
Brian joined the practice in 1996 and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and manages compliance services for both FMB's corporate and non-corporate clients. He leads the management services department and manages recruitment within the practice.
Cathal holds a BComm International (Global Business) with UCD and joined the firm's audit and assurance department in 2021. He had previously interned with FMB in 2019 and 2020. He is currently studying to become a chartered accountant. Outside of work, his interests include sport, particularly Monaghan GAA, where he is from.
Conal Smith graduated from NCI with a BA (Honours) in Accounting degree in 2012. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2016 before joining the firm in January 2017. Conal works in the taxation department of the firm, specialising in the areas of Income Tax, Corporation Tax and Capital Taxes for a diverse range of clients. He also assists in the management and development of Tax trainees within the firm.

David is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He joined FMB in 1988 and rose through the ranks of the firm to become a partner in 2001. In the role of audit engagement principle he caters for the needs of many of the firm's new start-up clients in addition to his established client base. His main areas of expertise include the audits of credit unions, recruitment companies, marina management, aircraft leasing and retail/technology enterprises. He also oversees the practice's payroll bureau, client management services and IT services.
John is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He has broad experience in all taxation matters and advises both individual and corporate clients. His particular areas of expertise include advising on property-related transactions, VAT, company reconstructions, succession planning and assisting on tax investigations and audit settlements. More recently, John has advised and assisted many foreign entities in setting up operations in Ireland.

John Morris joined the firm in 1994 and is currently a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (FCPA). John has previously worked in the areas of Audit and Corporate Insolvency and currently manages our Company Secretarial compliance and also occupied the role as the firms Anti Money Laundering Office for a period of five years.
Joseph is a member of the Institute of Taxation having previously obtained a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting & Finance, NCI Ireland. He joined the firm as a Tax Senior in 2016.
Joseph is responsible for dealing with Corporation Tax compliance for our wide range of clients who are mainly involved in indigenous industry, as well as UK companies and companies based in Europe / USA operating branches in Ireland. Joseph is also responsible for managing a number of personal tax clients, where he looks after their Income Tax, Succession Planning and Trust & Estates compliance requirements.
He provides advice across all tax heads including income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, capital acquisitions tax, VAT and other indirect taxes.

Lisa commenced in 2019 and is working in payroll and outsourcing and is currently sitting her accounting technician exams.

Patrick is a fellow of Chartered Accountant Ireland with in excess of 15 years audit experience. He became a partner in the firm in November 2015. Patrick is responsible for managing audit and consultancy assignments for many of the firms large trading companies and he has a vast wealth of experience with Credit Unions.
Rory Daly holds a BA with NUIM / Maynooth University. He joined FMB in July 2019 and is training to be a Chartered Accountant. Rory works in our audit and assurance division.
Thiago is a fully qualified ACCA accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He joined FMB Advisory in July 2018. Thiago works in our audit and assurance division and has 2.5 year of previous experience working with Internal Audit.
