Glenn Nunan is a Chartered Engineer and a full member of Engineers Ireland (IEI) and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) with over 30 years' experience covering a broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities in the construction industry. He has been the principal at Glenn Nunan Consulting Engineers since March 2010.
Ita Leyden is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Safety Practitioner and a full member of the Irish Ergonomics Society with over 25 years' experience in engineering, safety and ergonomics. Ita, who is also a part time lecturer of Ergonomics in UCD has been working as a Forensic Engineer since 2006.
Ita represents companies, insurance companies and individuals in District, Circuit and High Court cases. In addition, Ita provides expert witness testimony in work related criminal litigation.
Providing a broad range of forensic engineering services including public and employer liability, Ita has particular expertise in the area of work related ergonomics including RSI and manual handling.

Michael Fogarty, Michael Fogarty Engineering Ltd.
Michael Fogarty, Managing Director of Michael Fogarty Engineering Ltd., is a chartered engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field of forensic engineering, and who represents solicitors and insurance companies as an expert witness in the District, Circuit and High Courts. Michael also provides expert witness testimony in criminal litigation.
Areas of expertise include: road traffic accidents, land disputes, industrial, construction, manual handling, ergonomics, and chemical related accidents.
Niall O'Donovan is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner, specialising in construction sector. Niall provides advice on the management of health and safety during procurement and design of projects. He undertakes accident investigations, particularly in relation to structural collapses. Niall has provided technical assistance to the Health & Safety Authority and participated in development of Codes of Practice. Our training and consultancy practice is based in the south-east.

Paul Romeril, Romeril Forensic Engineers
Paul Romeril is a Chartered Civil Engineer practicing as an expert witness in Ireland since 1983. He maintains a broad plaintiff and defence practice.
David is a chartered engineer with a degree in metallurgy and materials science from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Royal Irish Academy and a fellow of Engineers Ireland. He has over thirty years of experience as a forensic engineer and expert witness, mostly on cases involving personal injury and product liability. His particular expertise is in the assessment of mechanical failures such as fatigue and brittle fracture, and in the measurement of material properties. He has extensive experience of failures in medical devices and hospital equipment.

Stephen is a senior forensic engineer with over 14 years' experience as a Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineer. He provides forensic engineering and expert witness testimony for some of Ireland's leading insurance companies, local authorities, solicitors, and private companies.
He regularly provides expert evidence in Circuit Court and High Court. He also has years of practical experience in construction project management, highway construction and maintenance, traffic management, water treatment, structural conservation, and railways.
Thomas Hayes is a Chartered Engineer and has provided Expert Witness services since 1986. He has extensive practical experience in structural engineering design and project supervision.

He provides forensic engineering and expert witness testimony for some of Ireland's leading insurance companies, local authorities, solicitors and private industrial and commercial companies. His experience and qualifications in health and safety provide him with valuable insight into health and safety legislation, procedures and guidelines.
Tom is also well known within the EPA and local authorities for his environmental expertise and has been instrumental in the environmental management of many industrial companies.
