Anthony is an information systems strategy specialist. For over 25 years he has provided supply chain solutions to organisations in transport, utilities, mining and government. Anthony's ability to simplify complex problems and help his clients understand, visualise and articulate future directions for their information systems makes him an invaluable advisor. He is widely respected as an expert in his field and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. Anthony has recently developed ERP strategy for a number of blue chip Australian companies and leads the FourPL team in information systems strategy work, IS roadmap development and business case preparation for companies including QR National, Linehaul, Ergon Energy, Powerlink, Smorgon Steel and several Queensland Government departments. Anthony also leads our Queensland office and is responsible for overseeing all projects and providing a customer focus in Queensland. Anthony also oversees the joint venture, Open Sky Group, in the capacity of CEO.

Brett Findlay - CEO

Brett has worked in the ICT industry for over 25 years. He has successfully managed local, regional and country P&L's for both domestic and international consulting companies and delivered some of the largest ERP projects for customers in Australia and in the Asia Pacific Region. Brett's key expertise is in maximising the business benefits of large-scale complex transformation programs. At FourPL Brett has successfully delivered ICT and supply chain transformation projects for clients including Toll, Linfox, Dulux Group, Orica, ALH, API and Toyota Australia. He is an excellent facilitator and is regularly engaged to facilitate large scale complex groups striving to achieve a common outcome. Brett is based in the Melbourne office and leads our Victorian business.

Brian Crisp

Brian is a Chemical Engineer with a Masters in Environment Science. Working most of his career in ICI, Orica and DuluxGroup, Brian's last role at DuluxGroup saw him managing the IT program for the supply chain at an executive level with detailed planning and prioritisation of implementation activities. He has an operational background, working on all aspects of interfaces between control systems - ERP and control systems - people, including conceptual design, architecture, technology selection, detailed specification and design, commissioning and operational continuous improvement. Brian also has experience with technology used by customer service, distribution, sales, demand and production planning.

Chris Poulton - COO

Chris leads the FourPL Procurement business and has over 25 years senior management experience. He provides supply chain transformation, project management and solution architecture expertise across various industries including FMCG/CPG, manufacturing and public sector organisations both as a consultant and on the customer side. Chris' experience includes Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, M&A and shared service engagements. These projects have involved the application of technology across processes in finance, supply chain, procurement and customer service. Chris' clients have included Santos, Monash, Inchcape, SSI, Uniting, Linfox, Dulux Group, CSR, GWF, Mondelez, ANSTO, Qld Health, Hitachi, Pirelli and others.

Diane Powell

Diane is a Supply Chain professional with 18+ years Procurement experience gained across a wide range of industries from Telecommunications, Construction, Manufacturing, Health, Finance and Aged Care. With a focus on building relationships with suppliers, internal customers and colleagues ensuring a seamless interaction between all parties. Her key skills are in procurement operations, Coupa P2P implementation, project implementation and delivery, project management, supplier master data and maintenance, vendor management and change management. Diane has deep Coupa Procure to Pay Implementation experience with extensive knowledge of Suppliers, Orders and Invoices modules. She has worked on a number of Procure to Pay Projects and has been responsible for onboarding up to 2500 suppliers onto Coupa prior to, during and post an implementation at a client. Her Coupa knowledge extends across the Coupa Supplier portal (CSN) management and process from requisition, approvals, PO, receipting, invoicing and payments.
