FORNO NAPOLETANO

We produce authentic wood burning pizza ovens following traditional Neapolitan techniques and using only the best materials available, as well as hand made bricks from Santa Maria, old pressed bricks from Salerno, Turf stones, "Biscotto" baking floor from Sorrento and Vesuvius volcanic sand. We also produce a mobile model, made in Naples on a wheeled steel frame, ready to ship and use at the chosen destination. In addition we are official dealer of the best traditional kneaders/mixers as well as all other equipment and tools for the production of Pizza Napoletana.
