Forensic Human Resources (FHR) provides forensic economic services in the form of research, consulting, expert reports, and expert witness testimony in civil litigation matters requiring the calculation of economic damages (i.e., lost earnings and earning capacity in injury and wrongful death cases, lost compensation in employment-related matters, financial losses from business interruption, contract disputes, and real estate matters, etc.)... Using these factors supplemented with a combination of interviews, client-provided documentation, and other case-specific data, we prepare informal analyses and/or formal reports to be used in the legal process. Our methodology is consistently applied in all cases... On an as-requested basis, we also provide Continuing Legal Education sessions, economic research, and publications on the topic of forensic economics and its application to the legal community .
