Courtney Johnson is a seasoned estimator. She provides estimate support to our team of Estimators/Project Managers: Debbie Adams-Saunders, Mark Tiernan, and John Saunders

Debbie Adams-Saunders has been the chief commercial estimator for Fred Adams Paving since 1985. As FAP's chief estimator and project manager, her responsibility is to procure bids and then follow up on each bid in order to close the sale and receive a contract. Additionally, Debbie handles all the necessary submittals required and any new commercial customers.

John Saunders joined FAP in 2007 as a residential sales estimator. He now estimates and manages both residential and commercial projects. He is an ICPI Certified Installer and Pervious Concrete Technician.
Laurie Adams is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has an M.B.A. from Meredith College. As President and CEO of Fred Adams Paving, Laurie oversees the day to day operations of the business. Focusing on procuring new business and managing the immigration program, Laurie has a direct impact on the growth and stability of the organization.
Mark Tiernan, Estimates & Project Manages. He began with Fred Adams Paving Co. in 2004 as an estimator and project manager. He has been in the Hardscape paving industry since 2000. Mark is an Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute certified paver installer and salesman, as well as an NCMA Level I Segmental Retaining Wall Installer, pervious concrete technician, and segmental retaining wall installer.
Santiago Gutierrez has been with Fred Adams Paving since 1989. He has shown great leadership skills as a crew foreman and also has years of experience in the paver installation industry. He has received training through ICPI and is a certified installer.
Thomas Meador Martin is Fred Adams Paving's field superintendent and has been with FAP since 2004. He has been educated through the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute (ICPI). He is also a Certified Pervious Concrete Technician named as such by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association.
