FRESHA - Key Persons
Andrew's focus is the ongoing growth and development of Fresha Export. He is the strategic interface for maintaining and developing our supplier relationships. He also provides ongoing support to the Fresha Export team in looking after our customers and working to develop new customers in our region.
Anna joined Fresha Export in September 2020. Anna comes from a Shipping line background servicing both Trans-Tasman and the Pacific Islands. Anna took 9 years off from the shipping industry to train and run her families Childcare Centre before returning to Shipping in 2015. As a Customer Service Manager Anna has a vast knowledge of niche markets which targeted PNG, French Territories, Fiji, Samoa & Tonga.
Anna assists in all areas of Fresha Export operations to ensure our customers are receiving the best opportunities available to them.
Outside of work Anna enjoys the V8 Supercars, her sons rugby and summer when she can go fishing, boogie boarding and being at the beach with her family.
Chantelle joined the Fresha Export team in 2014. She enjoys the diversity of the Pacific markets and has over 15 years export experience to the various North Pacific islands. Chantelle's focus is on Guam, Saipan, Palau, Micronesia, Marshall Islands and the other markets including Kiribati, Nauru and assisting with new business opportunities.
Chantelle also provides a link to Fresha Export's Australian supplier base.
Born in Christchurch but living and working from the sunny Gold Coast, Chantelle remains an avid Crusaders and All Black's rugby supporter. She plays football and in the weekend enjoys boating, the outdoors and spending time with her husband and staffy Lulu.
Colleen has worked at Fresha since November 1985 in Accounts and Administration.
Out of work Colleen is a passionate animal lover and volunteers her spare time at the SPCA Auckland.
Giles has extensive experience in Pacific trades and supply chains. He was previously general manager of one of the largest shipping lines in the region. Giles lived for 10 years in New Caledonia, and has worked in the Pacific Island markets for over 20 years. He brings a wide range of connections in the region and also adds a director who is fully fluent in French. We are excited about Giles joining us in continuing to build on our significant growth across our Pacific markets.

Isabela joined Fresha in April 2016. Energetic and enthusiastic she is our multilingual sales & marketing professional who has worked in Africa, Europe and Brazil before settling in New Zealand. She has a strong background in Sales & Marketing, and has worked in the Food & Beverage Industry for more than one decade.
Isabela holds 3 different nationalities: Brazilian, French & New Zealander. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She looks after Fresha's Sales and Marketing to our French Territories.
Outside of work Isabela enjoys running, hiking, rock climbing & mountain biking. She's vegetarian and loves cooking healthy food.

Lynette joined the Company in August 2020, bringing with her over 33 years in the Shipping Industry, the last 15 years looking after Trades ex NZ & Asia to Pacific Islands. Her role looks after the Samoa, American Samoa, Tonga, Cook Island Trades for Fresha Export.
Lynette is a first-generation New Zealander whose parents immigrated from Samoa in the 1950's. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her Aiga (Family).
Mike joined the Fresha family in October 2016. He brings over 20 years' experience trading in fresh produce, 10 of that in export where Mike represented Fresha's preferred produce supplier. Often Mike travelled alongside the Fresha Sales Team to help represent Fresha's fresh produce range. His familiarity of the Fresha team, business practices & friendship with Andy is a huge advantage.
Mike is your go to guy for anything you need - whether you're a customer or supplier. Winning Emerging Exporter 2014 - Air NZ Export Awards is one of his accolades. Mike also speaks Arabic and is a seasoned traveller.
When Mike is not busy representing Fresha he goes home to his wife Tash and three sons - James, Antoni & Nathan. In his spare time Mike plays outdoor and indoor cricket, slays fish, plays a bad round of golf and tries to surf waves - all this is done with a cold beer handy!
Nate has worked handling produce for over 5 years and joined Fresha in April 2018 to manage the Pukekohe warehousing duties where stock is received, prepared, packed and loaded. Nate brings a friendly and youthful energy to the team. Working closely with Mike learning the in's and out's of exporting fresh bulk produce Nate is quickly become a produce guru.
Nate has a background in strength and conditioning training and enjoys many outdoor activities and sports. He hopes to tackle his first marathon in the near future.
Paul was previously a Managing Consultant for YSC, the UK's leading firm of business psychologists. He worked with prominent FTSE 100 global clients and smaller enterprises across many business sectors and functions. From 2005 to 2012, he profiled and helped to develop over 1000 senior leaders. He coached colleagues as well as for clients, and managed talent programmes.
He continues to work with YSC as an Associate in APAC. In New Zealand he is Principal Consultant for Divergent & Co. He is a partner for Ottmann Global Partners, a German firm of business psychologists, supporting their largest clients in Australasia. He is a Director of Fresha Export.
He became a business psychologist after more than 20 years as a leader with international companies, latterly in Managing Director roles where he led executive teams and strategic change. His early career in blue chip marketing and export laid the foundations for gaining insight into people and applying it to practical effect. Selling ‘Old Spice' around Africa at 22 was a perfect start.
He has also been a consultant to small and medium sized enterprises, focusing on growth and change.
Paul is a permanent New Zealand resident with MA, DipPsych and MSc degrees. He is a Chartered Psychologist through the British Psychological Society.

Susan is a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience in Accounting and Reporting. She is a highly motivated and meticulous person with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Susan joined the Fresha family in October 2019. She manages all aspect of accounting function for Fresha. Specifically, to provide a wide range of financial management advice and assistance to the management team and Board in decision making functions.
Outside of work Susan enjoys outdoor activities and reading.
Teresa joined Fresha Export in 2003 having previously worked in the export division of Heinz Watties Ltd. Teresa was originally from Western Province in the Solomon Islands and speaks pijin, her family came to NZ when she was a young girl and has since grown up and continues to live on the North Shore of Auckland.
Teresa manages the overall documentation function for Fresha Export, and she also is the primary manager for Kiribati and is a key part of servicing Papua New Guinea particularly the supermarkets. She has an extensive knowledge of the NZ regulatory regime for the export of dairy and meat products.
Teresa is a keen gardener and cook, she is also an avid fan of the movies, red wine and novels.
