John Holmes is the partner in charge of Audit Services at Fricke & Associates, P.C. Primarily, John provides quality and customized tax, accounting, and audit services for the firm's individual, commercial, and non-profit clients. Starting his career with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, he became a CPA in 1999. Expanding his qualifications to better serve clients, he earned his title of Corporate Internal Auditor with the Walmart Corporation in 1995, Audit Manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 2006 and a Senior Audit Manager in 2009. Prior to joining Fricke & Associates, LLC, John managed audit services at Brook, Holmes, Williams & Cook for 9 years. His considerable experience and dedication to his clients sets the standard of excellence for the whole audit team.

Mallory McKenzie is the Senior Manager of Client Accounting Services at Fricke & Associates LLC. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Accounting. Mallory interned with Fricke & Associates throughout college and started her career there as a member of their tax services team. She briefly left the firm and returned in 2021 to develop and grow its Client Accounting Services department.
Mallory has over 9+ years of Accounting Experience focused on financial accounting and analysis, business development, payroll services, client relations, and consulting. She is passionate about helping small business owners streamline their accounting services and remove the burden off of their shoulders so they can continue to focus on business growth and development.
Mallory enjoys spending her personal time with her son planning activities, playing golf, paddle boarding, hiking, and taking weekend getaways.

Ted graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism in advertising and public relations. He went on to complete post graduate studies at Georgia State University in accounting and received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. He is the owner and Managing Partner of Fricke & Associates, LLC with offices in Peachtree Corners, Marietta, and Atlanta, GA. He has over 30 years experience and currently advises over 5500 clients.
He represents clients in both general and specialized accounting in tax and auditing for a wide array of industries and clients (including: engineering, real estate, medical practices, non-profits, manufacturing, film, TV and music production and several others). He also serves trusts and high net worth individuals.
