Had the pleasure of working with Dale in April of 2021 on a house in Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz. The market at the time was 100% a sellers market, highly competitive being in Pleasure Point close to the beach, and my wife and I were able to purchase the SECOND home we put an offer on at the time through Dale's expert guidance.
