John C. Barker

Attorney John C. Barker has been in private practice, doing mostly civil litigation, for about 30 years. John graduated from Hastings Law School in San Francisco, practiced in California for about 5 years, then moved back to Massachusetts (where he grew up), and has practiced in Massachusetts state and federal courts since 1997. He was admitted in New Hampshire state and federal courts in 2004 and has practiced there since.

Nancy A. Morency

Nancy A. Morency has been a member of the firm since 2014 and is an experienced litigation attorney. Her practice is focused on all areas of litigation where she represents individuals and businesses with their legal matters, including family law (divorce, child custody, guardianship), civil disputes, probate matters and corporate disputes. In addition, Nancy represents clients in all aspects of real estate, such as residential and commercial transactions, partitions and litigation involving real estate, as well as estate planning for individuals. Nancy also creates companies and acts as corporate counsel. Nancy is admitted to practice before the state courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. She is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Nancy is also a member of the Chelmsford Zoning Board of Appeals since 2016. Timothy Ervin
