Founded by brothers Jacques and Steve Braha in 1989, Fulcrum is involved with the development process from project inception through completion and stabilization. Our range of experience includes grocery anchored shopping centers, boutique retail centers, commercial mixed-use developments, and build-to-suits for national tenants.
