Aaron Peacock, a registered patent attorney, is an associate at the firm, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Computer Science graduating summa cum laude, a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree in law. His legal practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law including patent, trademark and copyright law and emphasizes the advocacy and protection of intellectual property at the prosecution and litigation stages. He has experience in prosecuting patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as copyright applications before the United States Copyright Office. In addition, he has participated in intellectual property litigation before various courts. As a lawyer with an engineering and business background, he has the knowledge and capability to advise and counsel clients in a multifaceted marketplace to best protect their intellectual property.
Before joining the firm, Aaron was an associate attorney at Michael A. O'Neil, P.C., a small intellectual property law boutique. By joining forces with the litigation attorneys at Gagnon, Peacock & Vereeke P.C., Aaron believes that clients, especially intellectual property clients, can have peace of mind knowing that the firm can provide assistance in all aspects of intellectual property law - whether at the prosecution or litigation stages.
Schooled in business and an advocate of a free-market economy, he is a strong believer in that ol' tried and true slogan: the customer is always right. As a lawyer at Gagnon, Peacock & Vereeke P.C., he strives to go the extra mile for clients, providing excellent, effective service. He understands that clients are the life-blood of the firm. Away from the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with Jennifer, his girlfriend, and her big, rowdy dog, Bubba.

Mr. Vereeke is a charter member of Stonebriar Community Church, He is active in the church and has been a facilitator of the divorce recovery program since the program began in 2000.

Doli Gagnon is a partner with the firm and earned her Bachelors degree in accounting graduating summa cum laude, and her Law degree from St. Mary's School of Law also graduating cum laude. For 31 years, she has been married to Jack Peacock, a partner at Gagnon, Peacock & Vereeke, P.C. Doli is from the Boston area where she was born and raised and moved to Texas after marrying Jack. Before moving to the DFW area 10 years ago, she and Jack lived in South Texas where they raised their two children and were active leaders in their community and church. She was instrumental in founding the christian school from which their children attended and graduated. Her family is the love of her life.
Doli practices law aggressively believing in the phrase "attention to detail is the difference between superiority and mediocrity." She also believes in the scripture that teaches "whatever your hands find to do, do with all your might." Because she understands that each case deals with issues involving your family, your finances and your property, and the importance of your case to you, she is prepared to work hard. This attitude helps her to be prepared and achieve the best possible result in each case.
