Andy Padiak

Andy brings over 25 years of experience and a creative perspective with the ability to lead a team of professionals to respond to the project development schedule and budget. He seeks to blend creativity and functionality within the framework of the site's opportunities and constraints by understanding the municipality's requirements and inherent site characteristics. Throughout the design and construction documentation process, he considers all physical, environmental and aesthetic aspects of the site in order to minimize construction and maintenance costs, expedite approvals and permitting and deliver a superior product within an aggressive time frame. His design approach focuses on solutions that are environmentally sound, functional and provide for the enjoyment of the natural environment through a safe, positive experience for its users.

His experience of more than 27 years in project management, design and permitting is an asset to our staff, our clients in the management of their projects. Bill implements a thorough and comprehensive approach to managing the land development group staff, their client accounts to ensure the completion of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Brian serves as McAdams' Director for Planning and Design in the Raleigh-Durham market. In practice since 1999, he has an extensive track record in all aspects of the land development industry for both private and public sector clients. His direct project experience covers a wide range of the profession, including real estate advisement, master planning, project management, entitlement + permitting, and landscape design. He focuses on a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach to projects to deliver on a client's vision. Brian works to build consensus on each project and excels at being able to communicate complex information for all to understand.

With 30 years of experience, Eddie has an extensive background in serving various client types in the land development and wireless communication industries. Eddie's experience covers a wide range of the profession, including land planning, entitlements, and permitting, as well as writing ordinances and land use policy documents for municipal governments. Eddie works closely with other design professionals, municipal staff members and community leaders to design and entitle projects that result in positive impacts for the communities we serve.

Fred Boone

Fred has more than 20 years of expertise managing federal and local government-funded construction projects. Fred also has experience working with private land development design, permitting and liaising with developers through construction and project closeout. As director of Construction Administration, Fred is responsible for the continued development and support of private projects as well as McAdams' public and institutional market sectors.
