Amanda Flores

Ms. Flores concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate. Ms. Flores also assists with business litigation and various transactional matters.

Andrea S. Batchelder

Andrea S. Batchelder is a partner at Gallagher & Cavanaugh LLP. She counsels businesses and individuals on a variety of issues, including among other things, internal corporate or entity governance issues, employment and contract matters, licensing agreements, asset and stock sales, and estate and business succession planning. Ms. Batchelder also has extensive experience in business litigation including contract and shareholder disputes. She also represents businesses, individuals, and insurers, as both a counselor and litigation advocate, for matters involving insurance coverage, indemnity, real estate and construction issues. Ms. Batchelder assists managing the firm's appellate practice. In this capacity, she regularly drafts the firm's appellate briefs and provides guidance to other attorneys within the firm regarding appellate issues. Her experience and aptitude with complex legal issues means she also regularly oversees the preparation and filing of dispositive motions and supporting memoranda.

Andrew D. McNaught

Mr. McNaught focuses his practice on civil litigation including products liability, construction, motor vehicle, liquor liability, premises, and Social Security disability matters. In addition, he handles a variety of real estate transactions as well as trusts and estates matters. Mr. McNaught was born in New Bedford, MA and raised in Lakeville, MA. Prior to joining Gallagher & Cavanaugh, he practiced with the Social Security Law Group in Norwell, Massachusetts, advocating for the disabled before Administrative Law Judges at hearings across the country. During his time in law school, Mr. McNaught also worked for the US Army JAG Corps in Fort Meade, MD, and as an intern at the Law Offices of Bruce A. Bierhans, where he handled civil litigation and business matters. Mr. McNaught is a member of the Knights of Columbus and an active member of his local parish. He enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Attorney Cridler

Attorney Cridler is currently a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for Reading Community Television (RCTV). He spends his spare time with his family and remains as active as he can with his daughter's growing list of activities, helping coach her flag football and lacrosse teams. His hobbies include photography and playing music, though musical performances are usually limited to a captive audience of one, his yellow Labrador, Ruthie.

James G. Silva

Attorney James G. Silva has approximately 20 years' experience in handling business law, intellectual property, contracts, and estate planning matters. Mr. Silva has helped form and fund businesses in many different fields including solar, software, internet sales, medical records, cannabis, and beverages. He drafts and negotiates all manner of contracts and assists clients with the creation, maintenance, and dissolution of businesses. He prepares Regulation D security offerings and has created real estate investment syndication, as well as multi-million dollar private security offerings for the beverage and cannabis industries. Attorney Silva advises clients on intellectual property law (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret) and maximizing brands. In particular, he performs and analyzes intellectual property searches, creates and files federal and state trademark registrations, drafts and files copyright registrations, and negotiates and creates intellectual property licenses. In conjunction with business and IP law, Attorney Silva consults with clients on estate planning and drafts all necessary related documents including trusts. Mr. Silva has been extensively involved with local charities and municipal/regional government. He was an elected member of the Board of Selectmen in Westford, Massachusetts from 2003-2006 and served for many years on the Westford Affordable Housing Committee, Cable Advisory Committee, and many other town committees. Since 2003 he has been one of the representatives for the Town of Westford on the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG). From 2009 through 2015 he served on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell and was president for three of those years. He was also a captain in the Massachusetts State Defense Force (an auxiliary unit for the MA National Guard) from 2012 through 2016

Michael W. Gallagher

Michael Gallagher is a founding partner of Gallagher & Cavanaugh LLP. He is an experienced trial attorney with an AV® Peer Review Rating and has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts. Since 2007, he has been named a New England Super Lawyer as published in Boston Magazine, after having been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2006. He has also presented arguments before federal and state appellate courts. He has had a national litigation and counseling practice in the areas of products and professional liability, construction, employment, motor vehicle, premises, environmental, liquor liability, and commercial cases. He has represented insureds through many insurers and, in multiple instances, has been retained by insureds who later became self-insureds. As Central and Regional Counsel for a number of companies, Mr. Gallagher has consolidated and coordinated legal support and litigation services to provide more uniform and cost-effective legal services to ensure optimal results. Mr. Gallagher was born in Lowell, Massachusetts. He began practicing law in New York where he tried multiple criminal matters for the District Court and then Felony Bureaus of the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, New York. In 1981, he returned to Massachusetts and practiced with the law firm of Donahue & Donahue Attorneys, P.C. for over eighteen years prior to establishing Gallagher & Cavanaugh LLP. Mr. Gallagher also provides mediation and conciliation services.

Paul Schor

Paul Schor has been recognized multiple consecutive years for excellence in civil defense (Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers), representing clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, in a broad range of industries, including construction, energy, biotechnology and education. Paul also provides responsive and balanced, candid counsel for intellectual property (IP) transactions; contract drafting, review, and negotiation (including clinical trials, SRAs, business development, commercial leasing, EULA and beta test agreements, etc.); defending against all manner of claims; reducing exposure to liability; and -- for technology-based companies -- assisting with compliance, and regulatory.

Samantha Harmon

Ms. Harmon is a native of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Gallagher & Cavanaugh, she was a student at Massachusetts School of Law, during which time she worked for a well-known Worcester law firm working on various litigation matters. Before deciding to pursue a law degree, Ms. Harmon was a criminal justice major at Salem State University, with the original goal of becoming a police officer.
