Brian J. Isaac is a partner in the New York City law firm of Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco. A 1981 cum laude graduate of Brandeis University, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. Mr. Isaac is a distinguished appellate lawyer, specializing in appeals arising from personal injury litigation, and Gash & Associates, P.C. is proud of its association with him. His knowledge and experience in Appellate Practice is utilized by us in protecting our clients' rights, whether to initiate or defend an appeal in the course of our representation of our clients.

Gary has helped thousands of people over the past 30 years with their Social Security Disability claims; Accident and Medical Malpractice cases.
He began his legal career when he quickly rose to become the managing attorney of the Law Firm that represented various New York City union members. This included the New York City Patrolman's Benevolent Association; Correction Officer's Benevolent Association; Transit Patrolman's Benevolent Association; NYC Housing Patrolman's Benevolent Association, etc. Thereafter, he went into private practice representing thousands of individuals who were ill or injured and needed guidance and legal assistance. Some of his earliest decisions were worthy of being reported in the New York Law Journal and the Chief-Leader Newspaper.
He is admitted to practice law in New York State; the United States Southern District Courts; the United States Eastern District Court. He was formerly the Legal Counsel for the New York City Housing Police Colombian Association. He also served on committees for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and has been invited to speak on numerous occasions to their members about legal issues and concerns.
He has been a member of The Board of Directors of a number of Disability Associations, including the Community Legal Assistance Corporation in Hempstead, New York. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association; NYS Bar Association; National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.
Gary Glenn received his Juris Doctor degree from the Hofstra University School of Law where he was on the Moot Court Board of Advisors. He earned his undergraduate Associates and Baccalaureate degrees at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He graduated in the top 1% of his class and was "Summa Cum Laude".

Gary Mitchel Gash is a distinguished New York and New Jersey trial attorney. He graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1979. In 1982, he graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law and in 1989, founded Gash & Associates, P.C.
An accomplished trial attorney who personally oversees every case that goes to trial, Mr. Gash focuses his practice on general litigation matters. He represents clients in commercial, matrimonial, family law and personal injury matters. In personal injury litigation matters, Mr. Gash has achieved numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Gash has been happily married to his wife, Jocelyn Kaye Gash, since 1982. He and Jocelyn have two children, Sarah, who is currently an undergraduate student and Jacob, who is an attorney at a distinguished New York City firm where he practices personal injury and medical malpractice defense.
An accomplished tennis player since high school, Mr. Gash served as captain of his college tennis team and continues to play for recreational and competitive purposes on USTA leagues in Westchester County and in tournaments throughout the state. In addition to tennis, Mr. Gash is also an avid downhill skier who was a ski instructor in college at Vernon Valley and Great Gorge. Today, skiing continues to be an important part of Mr. Gash's life and an activity that he and his family frequently enjoy together.
Mr. Gash is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the White Plains Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Gash has been a member of and participated in the intensive advocacy programs of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New Jersey State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Gash is fluent in English and Spanish.
Mr. Magnusson received his JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar as well as the United States District Court in 1981.
Mr. Magnusson has extensive trial experience in the defense of commercial and personal line insureds, specializing in products liability, construction, premises liability, auto, U/M and UIM and insurance coverage matters. He is a court appointed arbitrator in Essex, Morris and Sussex Counties. His reported decisions include Vega v. Standard Machinery Co. of Auburn, Rhode Island, 290 N.J. Super. 434 (App. Div. 1995).
Mr. Magnusson has been associated with Gash & Associates, P.C. for more than 25 years, and assists us in our New Jersey State Court and Federal Court litigation. Because of Mr. Magnusson's extensive experience as a defense lawyer, he provides us with keen insight as to the defense perspective on our cases, and which provides us with a winning edge in our cases. Larry Wallace is a member of both the State and Federal bars of New York. He has over twenty-five years of experience in civil litigation, including a heavy emphasis in medical malpractice litigation. He is a 1978 graduate of Tufts University and a 1981 graduate of Boston University School of Law. He is an experienced trial attorney and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Louis Badolato is a graduate of the University of Dallas and St. John's Law School. He was admitted to the New York bar in 1993. He was law clerk to two United States District Court Judges, including Joe J. Fisher of the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Badolato specializes in legal research and appellate practice arising from personal injury litigation. He has written the Brief and argued more than 1,000 civil appeals over the past 18 years, and has won all five matters he handled before the New York Court of Appeals, New York's highest court.
In addition, Mr. Badolato is an elected official in the Village of Roslyn Harbor, and the author of four published non-fiction books. Gash & Associates is pleased to have him associated with our firm. Mr. Badolato provides invaluable assistance to us at both the trial and appellate levels.

I have successfully advocated hundreds of bodily injury matters involving General Liability claims, including but not limited to dog bites, premises, construction, security, trips and falls, assaults, automobile accidents, product liability, work accidents and all Municipal Liability claims, and Medical Malpractice including misdiagnosis, and improper treatment from start to finish. Examples of the success achieved are a verdict of 7.7 million in an improper surgery medical malpractice claim, a settlement with a hospital and doctor of 2.25 million in a failure to diagnosis medical claim and a settlement with a School Construction Authority 3.2 million in a 240 Labor Law claim.
In my practice of over twenty years, I have handled Estates, Trusts and Wills, Commercial and Residential Real Estate matters as well.
When asked, I refer to myself as a Trial and Family Attorney. I have dedicated my career to the individual and family; when a client comes to me, be if for a Trauma, Family Planning, Family Business, or Real Estate, their rights are what I fight for. These events are all personal and what I pursue for my client requires their trust in me. The goal is to make them whole.
I started my career at Corporation Counsel of the City of New York but soon after brought my talents to Fuchsberg and Fuchsberg and for over ten years have fought for the victims of tragedies. Therefore, I had my offices in New York City and Westchester, where I continued to represent individuals and families protecting their rights.
I am a dedicated husband and father of three children for nearly as long as I have been practicing law; this same dedication is given to my clients because they are my family.
