Amy Jett Levy - CFO

Amy joined the Genisys Group, Inc. in 2002 as the Controller and steadily worked her way to the position of CFO. She oversees many roles that include not only the accounting and tax functions, but also Human Resources, computer and software migrations and Operations. Prior to the Genisys Group, Amy was a Controller for a Banking Maintenance Provider and the General Manager of a Transportation/Warehousing company. She did her tour of duty at Ernst & Young, Los Angeles after graduating from college. Amy attended the University of Southern California earning a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in the Entrepreneur Program. She earned her CPA designation in 1994.

Bob Dooley - VP of Sales

Bob is a Sales Executive with Genisys Group working with existing and new clients to provide hardware and software solutions to meet their everchanging technology needs. Bob has a wide range of expertise and has been in the IT industry since 1986. Before Genisys Group, Bob worked as an IBM Representative specializing in IBM's midrange servers and storage technologies and has expanded his range of knowledge to include many different vendor technologies while working with his clients the past 33 years. Bob is a graduate of LaGrange College with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in English. Bob is married to wife Dafney and they have twins - a boy and a girl currently attending Auburn University.

Burgess Russell

Burgess is a Senior Sales Representative with Genisys Group and has been with the company since April 2019. He has over 30 years of experience in bringing IT solutions to customers across the Southeast. Burgess has experience and holds certifications in IBM Power/AS400 midrange systems and storage, a broad range of x86 products and services as well as experience in providing customers with digital transformations of their IT systems. Burgess graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with a B.S. in accounting. He is married to wife Christy and they have four adult children.

Cliff Graves - CEO, President

Cliff is President and CEO of Genisys Group, Inc. and has been with the company since it's inception in April of 1997. Cliff works with existing and new clients to provide solutions to meet their everchanging technology needs. Cliff has also been heavily involved with Genisys Group's transformation from primarily an IBM Business Partner to a multi-vendor best of breed solutions based company. Before Genisys Group, Cliff was founder/owner of another IT company and has been involved in the IT business partner community for 32 years. Cliff graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a B.S. in Finance.

Keith Manning - COO

Keith is currently the Director of Operations. He joined Genisys Group shortly after the company was founded in 1997. Keith handles our purchasing, invoicing, reporting, as well as our internal IT infrastructure. In addition to that, he has a varied and extensive skill set which includes developing business applications for our clients and graphic design and web development work. Keith graduated from Nashville State Community College with a degree in Computer Information Technology. He joined Account Data Systems in 1994 and worked there until they were acquired by Genisys Group in 2000. Keith lives on five acres in Lebanon, TN and has four boys, one granddaughter, one horse, one donkey, one mule, one dog, and five cats.

Kevin McKenzie

Kevin joined Genisys Group in 2014 as a Senior Solutions Architect. Kevin brings over 20 years of Server, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking experience to our company. Kevin enjoys developing solutions for our clients, bringing together Best of Breed products from our solution partners to meet clients ever changing IT challenges. Kevin graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a B.A. in Economics. Kevin and his wife Kim have one child.

Kirsten Malone

Kirsten joined Genisys Group in 2001 and has held the positions of Purchasing Manager and Director of Operations throughout her tenure. She is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for all product and consulting services, in addition, to supporting the multi-state sales force and consulting services group. Prior to joining Genisys Group, Inc., Kirsten was a senior recruiter for an international privately-held talent management company specializing in human resource, finance, sales and customer care contract and permanent placements. Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.

Mike Passmore

Mike works with existing and new vendor partners to ensure that Genisys Group has the right solutions to meet the technology needs of our clients. Having worked for major vendor partners such as NCR, Arrow ECS and Verifone supporting technology Resellers and direct clients, Mike understands the value that Resellers such as the Genisys Group bring to their clients and vendor partners. Mike also is responsible for Genisys Group's Digital Marketing initiatives and customer/partner events. Mike earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. Mike and his wife Laurie, have 2 adult children and 1 grandchild.

Terry Paone

Terry has been with Genisys Group since 2010 as Director of Technology specializing in IBM and multi-vendor technologies. Terry enjoys the challenge of designing and implementing customer solutions using various multi-vendor products across different technologies. Prior to joining Genisys Group, Terry worked for IBM Corporation for 22 years as a Customer Engineer and Area Network Support Manager for the Southeastern Region. Terry graduated from Covenant College in Chattanooga with a BS degree in Management. Terry and his wife Jeannie have 2 adult children and 1 grandchild.
