Mark Spangler, M.D. has been an active member of GAHHS Board of Directors since 2004 and is the current Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Spangler's hobbies and interests include golf and riding his motorcycle. Dr. Spangler lives in Gibson City with his wife Ann and their three daughters, Emily, Katherine and Shannon. Jessica Delost is the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer. Even though her sights were set on a future in law at a young age, growing up, Jessica truly understood the impact of medicine in Gibson City and surrounding communities. After graduating from GCMS in 2003, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois in 2007. While attending law school at St. Louis University, Jessica learned she could combine both passions, law and medicine, and graduated in 2011 with her Juris Doctor and a certificate in Health Law. Jessica began her legal career at GAHHS in 2012 as In-House Counsel. She earned a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago in 2016 and gained additional compliance duties at GAHHS at the end of 2019. Jessica is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys, and the Health Care Compliance Association and volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run of Champaign County. Jessica's spare time is spent with family and friends, her dogs, and cheering on the best team in baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals.

"I was blessed to be taken care of by great nurses and doctors at GAH," said Matthew. "Even though I don't have to have surgeries anymore, the importance of healthcare and the impact that nurses and doctors can have on people has not left me."
Matthew's experiences growing up drove him to combine his passion for healthcare and business. This goal led him to Indiana University, where he graduated in 2012 with a dual Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, complemented by a minor in Psychology. He then started his career with GAH in the Central Business Office (CBO).

With over 25 years in healthcare leadership, Rob joined GAHHS as the CFO in 2002. Rob was promoted to CEO in 2007. Rob is a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Rob received his Master in Business Administration from Webster University on their Fayetteville, Arkansas campus in 2001. Rob received his B.S. in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University in 1988. Rob is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rob serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Hospital Association, Illinois Provider Trust, Illinois Compensation Trust, IPT Cayman Board, and the Illinois Business Solutions Board. Rob is a member of the Gibson City Lions Club, Gibson City Rotary Club, Gibson Area Chamber of Commerce, Ford County Knights of Columbus, and a GCMS volunteer high school football coach. In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, and their three children, Kate, Claire, & Brooks. Rob is an avid sports fan, following the likes of the GCMS Falcons, Chicago Cubs, and Seattle Seahawks.
