Adaptive re-use of urban manufacturing structures, new construction for commercial and residential uses, and renovation of existing buildings. The projects have ranged from, indoor sports facilities, dance clubs, medical offices, restaurants to multi-unit residential, artist live work space's and single family residences, ranging in size and budget...
