Upon settling down in Mulund in Mumbai, he was invited to join Rotary in 1994 and became President at Rotary Club of Bombay Mulund in 1999-2000. He was unanimously elected District Governor of Dist-3141, an elite district in Rotary World.

Naren Nayak is a strategic technology executive and leader with 30+ years of experience across a wide range of products and technologies. As a business owner he has provided services to several corporations in the U.S.A. including Hewlett-Packard, Intel, DirecTV, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Adobe, Marvell, and Sabre. His international clients include ALS (Israel), Banamex (Mexico), Conavi Bank (Colombia), and Medmera (Sweden). Naren holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and a M.Tech. in Computer Science, both from IIT Madras.

Sharat is based in Dubai and currently leads Business Transformation and Risk & Quality for PwC's Middle East Consulting practice and has held various leadership positions since joining PwC as a partner in 2007 His areas of expertise include business transformation, strategy, operations, technology and corporate governance. Sharat has worked extensively with key senior stakeholders to support them in designing and setting up new organizations as well as delivering complex business transformations to enable and enhance performance.
Former Senior Corporate Officer, HCL Technologies, Strategic Business leader with around 35 years experience in the IT industry and a track record of successfully managing Multi Billion Dollar IT Services and BPO business for both Global IT Services companies and subsidiaries of multinationals. Wide experience in driving business growth and in leading large scale transformational initiatives for customers worldwide. Wide international exposure having worked with customers across all geographies and lived for extended periods in Hong Kong, US and UK. Board level experience with India, UK & US based companies.
