Alan joined The Glenview Trust Company in 2024 as a Trust Principal. Alan brings over 25 years of extensive experience in estate planning, trust and probate administration, and corporate law. At Glenview Trust, Alan will focus on working with high-net-worth families and individuals in matters involving estate tax and personal planning, and trust administration. Prior to joining Glenview, Alan was the Fiduciary Director for PNC Private Bank's Hawthorn ultra-high net worth client practice in Washington, D.C. and Greater Maryland. Prior to PNC Private Bank, Alan had his own boutique law practice focused on representing high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, executors, trustees and beneficiaries in sophisticated estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration and general corporate practice related to closely-held businesses owned by his clients. Alan also practiced with several large firms in the Washington, D.C. area. Before entering private practice, Alan was a member of the Judge Advocate Generals Corp, United States Navy, practicing both trial and appellate litigation as well as a tax accountant with Price Waterhouse. Alan earned a Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Cedarville University and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University School of Law (both with Honors). In 1989, Alan was licensed as a certified public accountant in Ohio.

Anuj has over 20 years of legal experience having represented high net worth individuals and families, and numerous closely held companies. His experience includes estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business law, real estate transactions, and tax law. At Glenview Trust, Anuj concentrates his efforts on overseeing and managing a wide array of legal related matters, including ensuring compliance with laws and regulations as they relate to the Company. Anuj received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1997 and graduated with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio in 1992. Before joining Glenview Trust, Anuj was an equity partner with the Louisville law firm of Seiller Waterman LLC, and its predecessor firm Morris Garlove Waterman Johnson, PLLC, where he spent nearly 20 years in the private practice of law. Anuj has been peer rated as AV, which is the Martindale Hubbell's highest level of professional excellence in the legal field. Prior to Seiller Waterman LLC, Anuj worked as a tax attorney at a large Kentucky public accounting firm where he worked in matters involving estate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and corporate taxation. Bill Stone was most recently the Chief Investment Officer of Stone Investment Partners LLC, an investment firm serving both individual and institutional investors. Previously, Bill was Chief Investment Officer of a large, registered investment advisor, Avalon Advisors. Prior to joining Glenview, Shawn was in private practice for over 20 years as a member of the Louisville law firms of Seiller Waterman, LLC and McBrayer PLLC where he had a diverse practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. Shawn brings substantial experience serving clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Business Administration from Bellarmine College (now Bellarmine University), graduating cum laude from both institutions. Professionally, he is a member of Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Estate Planning Counsel of Metro Louisville. Craig serves as Managing Principal of The Glenview Trust Company's Bowling Green office and the Western Kentucky market. Craig has worked in the financial services industry for 36 years. Prior to joining Glenview Trust, he served as regional president of U.S. Bank where he retired after 26 years of service. An Edmonson County native and life-long resident of the Bowling Green area, Craig is an active alumnus of Western Kentucky University's College of Business. He is a graduate of Leadership Kentucky and a U.S. Bank graduate of the Leadership Excellence program at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Craig is an Adjunct Professor at WKU and serves on the Gordon Ford College of Business Advisory Council. Craig has been an active community advocate and volunteer for many non-profits including past chairman of: United Way of Southern Kentucky, Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky, Scottsville Rotary Club, and the Kentucky Center for Leadership. He served two terms on the board of directors for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and is a past board member of the United Way of Kentucky and the South Central Workforce Development Board. He chaired the WKU Foundation Board of Trustees and is past president of the WKU Hilltopper Athletic Foundation where he still currently serves on the executive committee and board. David Draper

Dave Draper, a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant, has over 35 years of investment, financial and accounting experience. He began his career with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in 1982, where he supervised or provided services on various audit and tax engagements. He then obtained his MBA degree with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Glenview Trust Company, Dave worked for Brown-Forman Corporation, an S&P 500 company, where he became a vice president and gained substantial experience in the Corporate Development area, providing valuations and recommendations on numerous acquisition candidates and other investment alternatives. He also directed the finance department of one of this company's operating divisions. Dave's other education includes a BS degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. He also served as an accounting instructor at both the Wharton School and the University of Louisville. Dave is a member of the CFA Society of Louisville and the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy.

Doug Dean

Doug joined Glenview Trust in July 2021 as a Managing Principal, and in August 2021 he was elected to its Board of Directors. Doug is developing and leading a team of professionals in establishing a new office in Lexington, KY. Prior to joining Glenview Trust, Doug worked for 50 years in public accounting firms, the first eight with an international firm and the last 42 with Dean Dorton Allen Ford, PLLC. Doug grew-up and completed high school in Carrollton, KY. He graduated with high honors from Duke University with a BA in Management Sciences. In his professional career he mainly provided tax, estate and succession planning, merger and acquisition, and business valuation services to businesses and high net worth individuals. Doug has been actively involved in leadership roles in a number of community organizations. He currently serves in Board leadership roles with the Lexington Opera House Fund, the Triangle Foundation, and Worldwide Hearts and Hands ("WHH"). Doug and his wife Brenda were leaders in organizing WHH, and Doug serves as its Board Chair and President. WHH operates several programs in Kenya mainly focused on providing the means for especially vulnerable children to go as far as they are able in their educations, with some having earned university degrees and others having learned a trade, and providing most of the funding needed to feed a nutritious lunch every school day to about 1,300 students at four rural primary schools. Doug and Brenda have traveled to Kenya to oversee the programs there about 35 times over the last 21 years. Doug was named a Business Hall of Fame Laureate by Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass in 2018, and in 2020 he was honored to receive Commerce Lexington's William T. Young Lifetime Achievement Award.

Elizabeth Feldpausch

She is a licensed attorney in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. In addition to being a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, she is also a member of the Louisville Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville. Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law, where she served as a staff editor and editorial board member on The Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law as was awarded the Best Editor designation for the Journal. She also served as the 3L class representative of the Student Bar Association and received a pro bono award for having provided over 50 hours of pro bono legal services during her time in law school. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Georgetown College, where she earned a double major in Psychology and Communication & Media Studies and currently serves on the Georgetown College Alumni Board. A Louisville native, Elizabeth is a graduate of Louisville Eastern High School where she earned a Commonwealth Diploma. Prior to joining Glenview, Beth was a partner with the Bowling Green law firm of English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP, where her practice focused on assisting individuals and families with estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning, and corporate and business law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Beth was an accountant for 6 years. Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University in 1985 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1995. Mr. Grissom began his career practicing law, and later became a partner in the firm of Greenebaum Grissom Doll Matthews & Boone. From 1969 to 1973 he served as Executive Vice President of Humana, Inc. From 1973 to 1989, he held various senior positions, including Chairman and CEO, of Citizens Fidelity Bank & Trust and Vice Chairman of its successor, PNC Financial Corp. He is now Chairman of Mayfair Capital, a private investment firm. He is currently Chairman of The Glenview Trust Company. He is a former Director of Humana, Inc., Providian Financial Corp., PNC Financial, Inc., LG&E Corporation, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp., Regal Cinemas, Transco Energy, Inc., YUM Brands, Inc., Sphere Drake Holding, LTD, and Churchill Downs, Inc. Mr. Grissom is a graduate of Centre College and the University of Louisville Law School. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Centre College for more than 20 years. Ken Bowling joined The Glenview Trust Company in 2022 with over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining Glenview, Ken provided custom solutions to institutional and retail clients around the globe. His experience with these solutions bridged domestic and international asset classes. Most recently, Ken was head of portfolio management for the asset management arm of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the Mitsubishi Financial Group. Prior to this, Ken served a similar role at Deutsche Bank and INVESCO. Ken graduated with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Speed Scientific School at the University of Louisville and worked in that capacity for GM and GE before entering the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining Glenview Trust, he was the Managing Partner of Holland CPAs in Bowling Green, KY for seven years and spent the last 12 years as Partner-In-Charge of a Top 25 regional public accounting firm - Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC - with responsibility for the Kentucky market. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Lanny has served clients in countless ways as a trusted advisor, including his expertise in the areas of merger and acquisition, succession planning, business valuation, and tax planning for businesses and high net-worth individuals. Lanny graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and was recognized as the 2014 WKU Outstanding Accounting Alumnus. Prior to coming to Glenview, she spent nine years at the local accounting firm, Deming Malone Livesay & Ostroff, where she prepared complex individual, partnership, trust, estate and gift tax returns. She is accustomed to responding to client questions and concerns including communication with outside advisors and counsel. A native of Ashland, Kentucky, Madison graduated with high distinction from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor degree in Accounting. She began her career as an auditor in Lexington with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers). She then pursued financial management opportunities with prominent thoroughbred breeding and boarding operations. After relocating to Richmond, Virginia, for a period she returned to Kentucky and public accounting. At Glenview Trust Company, Madison works with colleagues to develop financial plans helping clients attain their goals while securing their future. Prior to joining Glenview Trust, Mike served in a variety of Sales leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, Total System Services, Verifone, and locally based Eclipse Bank. He graduated from Belmont University, Nashville, TN, with a degree in Business Management. As a client of Glenview Trust for over 17+ years, Mike has a unique ability to relate to clients and his Glenview Team. He is active in the Downtown Rotary International chapter, and created his own fund raising charity "Bucket List Fishing Tournament" to help fund medical research locally.

Mr. Robert C. Ayotte

Mr. Robert C. Ayotte retired as of December 31, 2000, as president and chief executive officer of Louisville based Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics, Inc., which employed over 7500 people at more than 70 manufacturing plants in the United States and Canada. He came to Louisville in 1981 as president and general manager of Corhart Refractories Company, which was then a Corning subsidiary. In 1985 he led a management team in acquiring Corhart in a leveraged buyout and became its president and chief executive officer. In 1987, he sold this company to the French company, Saint-Gobain, and became president and chief executive officer of what is now named Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics, Inc. Under his leadership the company grew 15 times and became the worldwide leader in industrial ceramics and high-performance plastics. He is past Chairman of the President's Council of Industrial Advisors, American Ceramic Society and past Chairman of The Refractories Institute. He has also served as a Director of the National Association of Manufacturers, Washington, DC. Mr. Ayotte has also served on other civic, academic, and public company boards. Mr. Ayotte has been deeply involved in Louisville and other Kentucky civic activities having served as Vice-Chairman of the Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Junior Achievement Kentuckiana, a senior member of the University of Louisville's President's Council, Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the University of Louisville Athletic Association, and a Trustee of the University of Pikeville. Currently, Mr. Ayotte is an Executive Committee member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Louisville College of Business and a member of the Advisory Council of the University of Rhode Island College of Engineering. Morgan's Private Bank where she served as an Executive Director/Sr. Investment Specialist. She began her career in the investment management industry in 1989 as a portfolio manager for Citizens Fidelity Bank. In 1994, she joined Hilliard Lyons as an Institutional Salesperson and called on fund managers in Europe and the United States. During her tenure with this firm, she also coordinated due diligence for the managed accounts platform. She joined National City Bank in 2005 as a Senior Investment Advisor and managed investments for trusts, foundations, endowments and high net worth individuals until she joined J.P. Morgan in 2010. Robyn is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Louisville with a BS in Mathematics. Mr. Murphy began his career with Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis, Inc., then joined Virginia National Bank and its successor, Sovran Bank as a trust and investment executive. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and later that year was admitted to the Kentucky Bar and to the Federal Bar. Her undergraduate work was completed at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Sherry began her professional career at Citizens Fidelity Bank and Trust Company in their trust department's estate and inheritance tax area. At Citizens Fidelity, which became PNC Bank, she was Vice President and Manager of the Trust Tax Department and became a recognized expert in the Kentucky Inheritance Tax field. She moved from the Tax area to the bank's Estate Planning Consultant position, where she assisted trust clients in formulating a distributive plan for their estates. Before joining Glenview, Sherry served as a Director and Trust Administrator, where she was responsible for managing trust professionals and a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals. Professionally, she is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Probate and Trust Law Section; the Kentucky Bar Association; the American Bar Association; and the Louisville Estate Planning Council.
