Binesh Mathew

Binesh is a part of Gracelabs since October 2004 and is taking care of the HR management of the company. Binesh has 15 years of experienceandoversees all aspects of the HRmanagement.He has prior experience in the areas of HR andLegal management. Prior to joining Gracelabs he was working with one of the leading law offices in India. Binesh received hisMaster's in Business Administration from Bharathiar University, India and BA, LLB degrees from Calicut University, India.

Jitesh Verma

Jitesh has over 22 years of hands-on technical and managerial experience. 15 years of experience in S/W development and 7 years of experience in H/W development.He also has held Senior Level Assignments like: Founder, Managing Director, Engineering Manager, and Principal Engineer. Prior to joining Gracelabs,Jitesh has worked with Motorola Solutions/Symbol Technologies, Maxxan Storage Systems, National Semiconductors, Hewlett-Packard India Software Operation and Bharat Electronics Limited. Jitesh holds an US patent for Rogue AP detection in WLAN/802.11/Wi-Fi network.

Mr. Madhu Illam is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Gracelabs. As Gracelabs Chief Executive Officer, Madhu is responsible for the overall operations, leadership, strategy, and management of the company globally as well as leading the company's software development and technology strategy. Mr. Madhu has over 22 years of rich experience in the Semiconductor/embeddedIndustry;prior to Founding GRACELABS in 2001, Mr. Madhu had worked as Head-Software Operationsat National Semiconductor India. He also has held managerial and engineering positionswith Wipro Global R&D, SCO - New Jersey, Novell India Ltd, Tata Unisys Ltd - Bangalore/Unisys -Sanjose. Mr. Madhu received his Masters in Computer Science from IIT - Madras, India and Bachelors in Electronics from R.E.C, Surat, India.
