Alfiya Pope - CEO

Alfiya is a passionate and self-motivated leader who uses breakthrough thinking and creative planning to achieve goals and foster growth. Throughout her career, she has taken a leading stance to act as an agent for change. She is passionate about giving people the opportunities and tools to develop and grow. Her extensive customer service background has helped to develop and retain long term customer relations. She believes in forthright, constant communications with our clients, and working together with them to overcome obstacles. "Set the right expectations and then exceed them!". Alfiya lives in Sachse, Texas with her husband and 2 children. She balances work with family time and personal interests. She is active in the local community, including being an active sponsor of the Wylie Theater and PTA.

Amanda Stephen

With over 7 years' experience in the janitorial and facilities maintenance industry, Amanda previously spent 10+ years in Senior Level Retail Operations which has given her a well-rounded perspective of both our clients and vendors. Her expertise lies in creation and implementation of customer SLA's, best practices and SOP's driven by employee/client engagement, and KPI data analytics. Her lifelong passion for leadership and progress can be seen through her continued involvement within the facilities industry including roles as Member Board of Director for Connex FM, Co-Chair for Connex Foundation and various committees and involvement with organizations such as RFMA, ISSA, IICRC, Connex, and many others. Living in New Braunfels, Texas, Amanda and her husband enjoy hiking through the hill country with their 3 pups and seeking out new restaurants for the best Tex-Mex, BBQ brisket, and margaritas they can find!

Amber Terry - VP of Sales

Tenured with Superclean for nearly 15 years, Amber Terry is well known for her integrity and stands behind every commitment made during the sales process. She graduated from the University of Texas in Dallas. Her background and education are in biology, environmental health, and business. Her extensive knowledge is integral to her work, allowing her to understand the technology behind cleaning, as well as challenges that facility managers face today. Her goal is to implement solutions that give customers a balance of quality and affordable service plan options for their facilities. Unlike many sales managers, Amber is involved with her customers throughout the account management process. She personally monitors the account's integration and general management to ensure that expectations are properly met. In her spare time, Amber enjoys traveling, scuba diving, volunteering as Treasurer for a local non-profit organization, and competes regularly in off-road motorcycle racing events.

Andy Fagan

Andy has a true passion for developing client relationships. With over 20 years' experience in the retail and service industry, he understands client expectations at all levels. He has established and managed cleaning & maintenance programs in multiple verticals including Class 1 cleanrooms. Andy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and lives in Arlington, Texas with his wife and three children. When he isn't working, Andy enjoys golfing, coaching little league baseball, woodworking and spending time with his family.

David Landmon - CFO

David Landmon is our Chief Financial Officer. He is a family man, born and raised in Texas, and now lives in Dallas with his wife of 30 years. Graduated from the University of Texas, He has been in the construction and building service industry for 25 years. David began his career as a production manager of an architectural millwork firm. While working in this capacity, he began a night and day study of database design and developed applications to streamline processes within the business. His attention to detail and record keeping skills eventually led him into accounting. His background in accounting and database development have been instrumental in developing critical processes and procedures within our company for the past 13 years. David's greatest assets are honesty and integrity. He treats all people fairly and has developed a team that is conscientious, loyal, and attentive to the needs of our company's clients.

Greg Panagiotopoulos

Greg has been in the Janitorial industry for 15 years, including the last 5 years with Superclean. Greg's passion is customer service and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. He has built a diverse portfolio of contacts and relationships within the Janitorial industry. He believes in hard work and doing what's best for the client and the company. He lives in St. Paul, MN with his daughter, dog Max and his cat Shadow. He enjoys playing a variety of sports and watching his daughter play volleyball and soccer. He spends his weekends fishing and enjoying what life brings.

Jerry Downs - President

Jerry boasts an impressive record of accomplishment and leadership with a focus on quality, process improvement, delivery, and efficiency -attributes which we now hold as key principles to our cleaning company's success. He is a graduate of the University of Arlington and previously worked in the manufacturing industry. He offers valuable experience with facilities and project management, as well as a focused knowledge on efficiency theories like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma. Jerry is currently affiliated with Connex and RFMA and has degrees in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Engineering.

Jimmy Campos, Sr.

Jimmy has 25 years plus in Cleaning, Janitorial, Landscape, and Construction industry. Jimmy resides in Houston TX, With Roni wife of 35 Yrs. plus, two kids (Chris and Christa). He is certified in HVAC, Indoor Air quality, wood floor installation and refinishing, and Turf Management and HSE (Safety training) Member of CMAT, (Custodial Management Association of Texas). Focus - to continue and grow with all changes of the janitorial industry. Provide super reliable service with excellent customer service. Enjoys Lake and family time especially spending time with the new Grand Baby (Dakota).

Michael Reyes

Michael has been in the janitorial/commercial kitchen cleaning services for the last 13 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michael credits his patience and attention to detail from his time working in the high security areas and constant supervision of clients with mental illness. When COVID 19 struck Michael was certified by the LA Dept of Public Health which enabled him spearhead plans to keep clients and staff safe by conducting in-services on proper methods to disinfect facilities to DPHLA/CDC guidelines. Michael is married to Carmela and have a two-year son named Dominic. When he is not working all his time revolves around his wife and two year old son.

Ray Daniels - COO

Ray Daniels has been in the cleaning and janitorial industry for more than 20 years. Raised in California, Ray Daniels moved to Dallas, TX with Kristy, his wife of 30 years, and their son Scott in 1996 to take a position with Superclean. Operations management is Ray's focus and he strives to keep up with the changes in the industry every year, testing and implementing new technology and benchmarking to build best practices. Ray is IICRC Certified in all the aspects of our cleaning business and receives yearly classroom and field training. Currently affiliated with ISSA and IICRC, Ray also holds other certificates in the care and maintenance of all types of flooring and HVAC air duct cleaning. When not working, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his large extended family in East Texas.

Rufus Looney

Rufus has been in the cleaning industry for over 15 years and with Superclean for over 13 years. He is a Texan through and through and just recently returned to Texas after being in Maryland for the last 10 years. As a Regional Manager he strives to give the clients excellent service and exceed expectation. He has been married to his wife Misty for 18 years and they have 3 children. He is a family man and loves being a father. When he is not working, he enjoys watching sports and being with his family.
