Michael A. Grande, CPA, MST, has been servicing closely held, entrepreneurially-operated companies since 1983. The preparation of tax returns and financial statements are at the core of his practice. His areas of experience include accounting and tax planning for closely held businesses, assisting clients in structuring expansions and financing packages, the acquisition or sales of businesses, and strategic business planning. He concentrates his practice serving the accounting and tax needs as well as estate and financial planning concerns of physicians and other service professionals. He performs Peer Reviews on other accounting firms rendering opinions on their compliance with industry standards. Michael earned a Bachelors Degree from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bryant University. Before starting his own practice in 1990, he worked in the audit and tax departments of an international accounting firm. As part of his service to his clients, he contributes his time and professional talent to local community organizations.
