Mr. Henrickson started his career in criminal law in 2000 when he joined the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled all types of criminal charges including both felonies and misdemeanors. In 2001 and 2002 Mr. Henrickson handled all vehicular homicides and serious injury by vehicle cases prosecuted by the office. In 2002, Mr. Henrickson joined the Paulding County Judicial Circuit. Though still litigating all types of criminal matters, his trial practice focused mainly on sex crimes including rape, sexual battery, and child molestation. The law firm of Henrickson & Sereebutra was born in 2005 when Aaron Henrickson and Theo Sereebutra saw a need for aggressive, professional legal representation in matters relating to criminal defense. Since 2005, Mr. Henrickson has focused on representing individuals charged with violating the laws of the State of Georgia. Mr. Henrickson has written numerous legal briefs and argued successfully before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Elizabeth Neal joined the Henrickson & Sereebutra team in September of 2022. Before becoming a member of the firm, she served as a legal intern for Weston Insurance Company, Lloyds America, Inc., and Dekalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. In her internships, she had varied and complex responsibilities, including reviewing policy forms and endorsements, researching and summarizing important documents, appearing in court with clients, and writing memos on legal issues to assist domestic violence counsel.

Ms. Cordell has worked as a legal assistant for 14 years. She worked as a legal assistant for the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office and then served as a chief legal assistant for the Paulding County District Attorney's Office. Thus, Ms. Cordell has substantial experience in criminal procedure and has been a tremendous asset to the firm. She provides legal support for the firm's criminal practice and offers a wealth of knowledge to our criminal clients.

Ms. Carlee Lester joined Henrickson & Sereebutra in April 2021 as a Criminal Defense Legal Assistant. Ms. Lester graduated with honors from South Paulding High School in 2017. She then furthered her education at Kennesaw State University where she achieved her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Ms. Lester graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State in 2020. During undergrad, Ms. Lester worked on global business projects for companies such as Audi. She also completed a market analysis for local businesses to improve their sales. During her time at KSU, Ms. Lester obtained knowledge regarding Georgia's legal and ethical environments. Consequentially, this sparked her interest in legal matters which she assists with today. Ms. Lester is a great addition to our H&S team.

Ms. Blumenfeld has an extensive background in customer service. Before joining Henrickson & Sereebutra, she worked in the automotive industry, starting as a receptionist and quickly moving her way up to a team lead. Ms. Blumenfeld is helpful, kind, and loves interacting with people. A well-organized hard worker, she handles her assignments with confidence and efficiency. She is a valuable member of our team.
