A native of Hong Kong, China. Chloe graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, major in accounting and minor in marketing from Concordia University in Quebec. Then, she worked at an accounting firm in British Columbia for two years and obtained her professional title of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in British Columbia in 2015. She provided administrative support in investment companies and schools for seven years and completed a Master of Professional Accounting from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Chloe joined Hansen and Company in June 2022 and works as a paralegal and customer service professional. Her multicultural and multilingual skills are highly beneficial with our diverse client base. She is a Commissioner for Oaths for the Province of Alberta and a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) approved fingerprint agent at Fingercheck Plus, our affiliated company. She is responsible for maintaining solid relationships with the Chinese community and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Gary has a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences with distinction from the University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Law from Dalhousie University . He is an active member of the Bar of Alberta and an inactive member of the Bar of British Columbia. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is an AILA mentor.
He is a member of the immigration law, business law, real estate, wills and estates, and aboriginal law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
Gary has practiced American and Canadian immigration law for 30 years. The firm has also obtained visas in various other countries including Australia and Ireland. His Canadian immigration practice includes all areas except refugee law. His American practice focuses on business, investment, family and admissibility issues. Included in the admissibility practice are the processing of record suspensions (pardons) in Canada and immigrant and non-immigrant waivers of inadmissibility in the United States.
A native of Shanghai China, Michelle is a nursing graduate of Shanghai People‘s No.1 Hospital, the largest hospital in China, now part of Fudan University. Michelle worked as a head nurse in the emergency department and in various parts of China affected by natural disasters. She is our marketing representative and is an RCMP authorized fingerprinting agent for our affiliate Fingercheck Plus and is a photographer for various immigration, citizenship and employment matters. She is responsible for Chinese business development. Michelle is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
A native of Gujarat India Nirali graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws in 2015 majoring in Indian Common law from Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar India. She practiced corporate law, indirect tax and real estate while working in Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan in New Delhi from June 2015 to June 2019 and SRGR Law Offices in Noida, National Capital Region (NCR) from July 2019 to February 2020. She handled corporate maintenance, contract drafting and litigation management in the legal department of Ecom Express Limited in Gurgaon NCR from March 2020 to May 2021 and Geodis India Private Limited in Gurgaon India NCR July 2021 to October 2022.
Nirali is enrolled as a candidate at the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Canada and her goal is to practice law in Alberta. She joined Hansen and Company in November 2022 as a paralegal in Canadian and American immigration, corporate law and real estate. She is Commissioner of Oaths for Alberta and an RCMP approved fingerprint agent. She is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

A native of Cairo, Egypt, Nivin has created diverse career paths for herself to accommodate the changes in her circumstances. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, she worked as a chemist while completing her Masters in Biochemistry in Cairo University. She moved to Dubai where she built a career in advertising and marketing. In 2011, she worked as an online research volunteer for the United Nations.
In Canada, Nivin became a regulated Canadian immigration consultant and member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Nivin is responsible for our website, seach engine optimization (SEO) and other electronic media business development. Nivin works in Canadian immigration, US immigration, wills and estate and business law. She speaks Arabic and English.
A native of Chandigarh India Shubhankar graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2013 majoring in Indian Common law from Kurukshetra University Haryana India. He practiced Real Estate and Constitutional Law while litigating in Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh. He immigrated to Calgary as an internationally trained Lawyer in 2022.
Shubhankar is enrolled as a candidate at the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Canada and aiming toward licensing as a Lawyer in Alberta. He joined Hansen and Company in July 2022 and works as a paralegal in the field of Canadian and US immigration and real estate where his knowledge and skills are utilized. He speaks Punjabi Hindi and English.
A native of Shanghai China, Tina immigrated to Calgary Alberta in December 1993. She attended John G Diefenbaker High School from September 1996 to June 1999. Tina studied business administration at the University of Calgary from September 1999 graduating in August 2004 with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in entrepreneurship and a minor in economics.
In April 1997, Tina began working at Hansen & Company as a receptionist, bookkeeper and legal assistant until January 2005.
In January 2005 Tina returned to Shanghai. From June 2005 until February 2011, she worked as an assistant sales and marking manager in the Third Party Logistics Division of Crown Worldwide Shanghai Branch, an American company with headquarters in Hong Kong. In March 2011, Tina joined Wine Castle Co., Ltd in Weifang Shandong where she worked until October 2014 as a sales and marketing manager.
In May 2015 Tina returned to Calgary. She worked at Loblaws Inc. (Superstore) as a natural value clerk from March 2016 to February 2017. In February 2017, she joined Hansen & Company as a bookkeeper and paralegal. She works in immigration and corporate law. She speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese.
