Christopher B. Frost

Christopher B. Frost is a native of Fayette County, graduating from Oak Hill High School in 1990. Mr. Frost graduated from Wittenberg University in 1994, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Wittenberg he was active in student government and other student groups, including Union Board and the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Before attending law school, Mr. Frost spent several years in Washington, D.C., working for Senator Jay Rockefeller. In 2002, Mr. Frost earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Frost is a trial lawyer and practices in a variety of fields, including consumer law, personal injury, and social security. From an early age, Chris Frost has shared his family's love for adventure. A former white water rafting guide, Chris has paddled some of the world's best white water. Chris also helps his uncle operate KennyBett farm. Chris is the father of one son, Noah, and is married to Sara Hunter Frost.

Kevin B. Burgess

Kevin B. Burgess earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from West Virginia University. He is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts in West Virginia; the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Burgess is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He has served on the Board of Governors of the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Burgess has considerable experience in a number of areas of law, but currently his practice focuses on litigation, automobile accidents, and insurance matters. An avid hunter and target shooter, Kevin is a member of the National Rifle Association and a local gun club. Kevin and his wife Debbie help Kevin's mother and nephew operate KennyBett Farm, where they maintain 21 head of cattle. Sitting atop a knoll providing a scenic view of the New River valley is the timber-frame home Kevin and Debbie built on the family farm. To get away, Kevin and Debbie enjoy traveling abroad.

Lynn B. Pollard

Lynn B. Pollard is the managing partner in the law firm of Hamilton, Burgess, Young, Pollard, PLLC, where she practices in the areas of real estate, business formation and planning, bankruptcy and estate planning. Ms. Pollard received her B.S. degree from Davis & Elkins College and her J.D. degree from West Virginia University. She received the West Virginia University College of Law -Women's Law Caucus 2003 distinguished Women in the Law Award. She has been a Chapter 11 trustee and is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. A nature lover and avid birder, Lynn Pollard shares those passions with her family, husband Dave, daughter Rebecca and son Flynn. The Pollards live at the end of a dirt road and their property provides direct access to the territory they cover for the annual North American Migration Count, one of the largest organized bird counts in the world. In addition to birding, Lynn enjoys leisurely hikes in the woods with her family and shares a love of fishing with Dave.

Ralph C. Young

Ralph C. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Science in Industrial Relations, and a Juris Doctor degree, all from West Virginia University. Mr. Young is a trial lawyer who has been practicing law since 1979; his law practice emphasizes personal injury, insurance and consumer matters. Mr. Young has frequently appeared before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Ralph, his wife Cathy, and their three children, Clint, Joel, and Ashton, reside near Fayetteville. During the spring, summer and autumn, Ralph is an avid whitewater kayaker on the New and Gauley Rivers. During the winter, Ralph and his family are avid skiers. Ralph is a Trustee of the Oak Hill United Methodist Church. Ralph and his sons enjoy restoring their collection of antique tractors and jeeps.
