Aileen has extensive experience primarily in the insurance sector and the area of defence litigation. She has worked in house in two of Ireland's largest insurers, as well as in private practice.

Aileen advises on both general and commercial litigation matters with a particular emphasis on insurance indemnity, product liability, public liability, motor claims, fatal claims, property damage claims, recovery claims, fraud issues, defamation, professional negligence and employment issues. She has successfully represented clients at all Court levels, arbitrations, mediations and before employment tribunals and forums. Aileen deals with her files in a proactive manner and maintains good relationships with both clients, insured parties and all professionals and other parties with whom she liaises in the course of her work.

Aisling joined Hayes McGrath in February 2002 having previously worked as Receptionist / Dictation typist for a legal firm in Sligo. Having initially worked as a Float Secretary, Aisling gained invaluable experience and has been part of the Defence Litigation team since early 2003 working as support to a number of Solicitors. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 2005 from Griffith College Dublin. She was a key member of the team involved in the firm's adoption of Keyhouse in 2014.
Amanda joined Hayes McGrath LLP in 2011 and supports Ciarán McIntyre in our Defence Litigation team.
Andrew is an expert in litigation and dispute resolution. He first qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. He joined Hayes McGrath in 2002 and became a Partner in 2014.

Andrew has extensive experience in advising multinational insurance companies, adjusters, brokers and corporate clients on a wide range of insurance issues and specifically in Employers Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, Motor and Medical Negligence actions. Anna joined Hayes McGrath in 2015 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2017.

Anna is a member of the Defence Litigation team at Hayes McGrath, providing advice to a number of domestic and international insurers. Her work includes personal injury actions arising from
employer's liability, motor liability, public liability and product liability. She also advises on indemnity issues and property damage claims.

Ciaran joined Hayes McGrath in 2002 as a trainee and qualified in 2007. He became a Partner in 2020.

Ciaran advises on general insurance related matters and conducts litigation, arbitration and mediation on behalf of many insurance companies based in Ireland and the UK. The issues that he deals with include coverage issues, defending personal injury actions whether they are Public Liability, Employer Liability, Product Liability, non-personal injury actions and professional indemnity matters. Ciaran also specialises in recovery claims for insurers based in this jurisdiction.

David brings over three decades of expertise to Hayes McGrath, specialising in the insurance sector. David joined Hayes McGrath in 1991 from one of the big 5 law firms, becoming a Partner in 1994. David is currently the firm's Managing Partner.

Denise joined Hayes McGrath LLP in 2012. Working initially with the Conveyancing Team, Denise brought with her over two decades of experience in Conveyancing and general practice. In 2014, she joined the Litigation Team and is Legal Executive to David Fenton.
Eilish joined Hayes McGrath as a Legal Executive in 2022 as part of our Defence Litigation Team. She previously worked as a Paralegal in a London Law Firm where she worked in Plantiff Litigation, primarily with client's who had suffered serious or lifechanging injuries.

Gary joined Hayes McGrath in 2006 with experience in all aspects of Office Administration. Gary specialises in preparing court booklets and documents for all levels from District to Supreme courts, scanning and managing files and correspondence.

After working in London for six years, Leonie joined Hayes McGrath in 1991. She has been secretary to Jan Hayes for over 29 years, with significant experience in Defence Litigation.
Maureen joined Hayes McGrath in 2016 having previously worked as a solicitor with a leading international insurance company for a number of years where she acquired considerable experience in defence litigation.

Miriam joined Hayes McGrath in 2011, having already established a strong background in both Plaintiff and Defence Litigation having worked in other private law practices, for a leading insurance company and for the State.
EXPERIENCE
Miriam is a member of the Litigation Team and works closely with Jan Hayes in particular with high value complex claims, primarily arising from road traffic and workplace accidents. She conducts her work by recognising that Claims of this nature require strong emphasis on a high level of communication with both client, insured and a wide array of expert and legal witnesses.
Miriam has been involved in class actions, mediations, negotiations and trials across all jurisdictions.

Rebecca joined Hayes McGrath in 2020 having previously worked as a Legal Executive in O'Brien Lynam Solicitors. She has a background in litigation with experience at all jurisdiction levels. Rebecca is currently working as a Legal Executive supporting Aileen Dolan. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Sciences with Medicinal Chemistry from TU Dublin.

Siobhan joined Hayes McGrath in 2004 having worked as PA in an Engineering based background and then having gained experience in some of the top legal firms in Dublin. Siobhan is a key team member in our busy Conveyancing Department, but also deals with Plaintiff Litigation, both Circuit and High Court, and assists Yvonne O'Hanlon in areas of probate and commercial law.
Therese joined Hayes McGrath in 1997 and is well loved by our clients for her event management and interpersonal skills. Therese has been instrumental in organising events such as Hayes McGrath's Ladies Day and our many sporting and social evenings.
