Emily Hollenberg is an Associate Attorney at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover. She specializes in the area of family law. Emily received her Bachelors degree from Boston University and she received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Prior to working at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover, Emily worked as a Staff Attorney at the Wayne County Friend of the Court where, among other responsibilities, she acted as the Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney establishing paternity and making child custody, parenting time, and support recommendations. She previously worked at Legal Aid advising clients on family law issues. Emily also worked at a Washington DC law firm representing US nationals seeking reparations for property disputes with foreign countries.
Emily has served at the Department of Justice, as a Special Assistant to the Chairman, at the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States. She also served as a Special Assistant in the Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) office, also at the Department of Justice.
Emily represents clients throughout Michigan in the area of family law. She is a trained mediator.
Emily is admitted as a member of the Michigan State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Family Law Section of the Oakland County Bar Association.

Harvey Hauer is a partner in the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover. He has been practicing law for over 50 years. He brings his extensive experience to the firm representing both men and women throughout Michigan in all areas of family law.
Harvey is a past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is also past Chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Harvey is a past Chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Family Law Committee, past Referee of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. past Chair of the Michigan Supreme Court Domestic Relations Court Rule Committee, and the past Chair of the family law portion of the Oakland County Bar Association, Bench/Bar Conference.
He was named to Best Lawyers in America. Harvey was selected as a Super Lawyer. He was selected by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in family law. Harvey has presented numerous advanced level seminars to attorneys on the topic of pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements. He has authored numerous articles on various family law topics. In addition, Harvey writes a monthly Professor Lex column in the Michigan Family Law Journal.
Harvey brings his many years of experience to the courtroom. Litigating numerous complex family law cases over the years, Harvey effectively advocates for his clients. Jared is an associate attorney at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover and concentrates his practice in the area of family law.
Jared represents clients throughout Michigan in the area of family law. He is admitted as a member of the Michigan State Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Marcus Kasper is an associate at the law firm of Hauer and Snover. His practice is devoted exclusively to family law. Marcus represents men and women throughout Michigan.
Prior to working at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover, Marcus was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth Pezzetti at the Oakland County Circuit Court. Marcus also worked at The Family Law Assistance Project. During his employment there, he provided legal services to individuals that had a family law issues.
Marcus is a Member of the Family Law Section of the Oakland County Bar Association and Member of the Family Law Section of the Michigan State Bar Association. Marcus is an Associate of the American Inns of Court Program. He is also a Fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation.
Marcus is there for his clients both in and out of the courtroom. He knows that his clients are going through a complicated time in their life and he is prepared to vigorously advocate for his clients throughout their case.
Mark Snover is a partner at the law firm of Hauer and Snover. His practice is devoted exclusively to family law. Mark specializes in litigating complex divorce cases, child support cases, as well as other cases dealing with family law issues. He represents men and women throughout Michigan.
Mark received his bachelors degree from University of Michigan and he received his law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
