Higher Ground Log Furnishings builds rustic log furniture, railings and accents, that are natural, durable and wrap us with the solid feel of nature. A piece or two of log furniture or accents throughout a home or business, draws our eyes and as one person said " Makes Me Feel Safe "... In 1998 we opened a small shop and showroom in Edmonton. This was an excellent stepping stone from part time to full time as our skills and craftsmanship continued to increase and be refined. Since 2000 we have been a home based business, working from our shop and acreage, which is now located near Buck Lake, Alberta... Alberta build rustic log furniture, solid wood furniture, bench swings, rustic log beds, log chairs, and other decorative pieces. All products are custom made.
