Kathie brings over 25 years of experience as a Chief People Officer in a variety of settings, including major publicly traded companies. She has worked with start-ups, IPOs, mergers/acquisitions, as well as not-for-profit organizations (Arbitron Inc., IPM Global, Chevy Chase Bank, The National Rural Electric Association and Sallie Mae). Throughout her career, she has excelled at both strategy and execution-consistently designing and delivering human capital and culture initiatives that link to critical business outcomes and that create high performing organizations. Kathie has served as an advisor and staff liaison to corporate compensation committees, governance and nominating committees and CEO search committees. She is actively involved in numerous professional, philanthropic and artistic boards. She earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Development from the business school at GWU where she serves as adjunct faculty. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Mitch was the Senior Vice President and CHRO for both CONSECO and Footlocker World-wide, and held several senior divisional Human Resources roles with Federated Department Stores (now Macy's). Susan serves as Chief of Marketing at The Healthy Leader. She is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, messaging, print and digital marketing, PR, social media and communications, and brand initiatives that advance the strategic direction of the company. She helps to build and sustain constructive partnerships with strategic alliances and networks, collaborates with outside design agencies to drive marketing strategy and creative expression of the Healthy LeaderĀ® brand in all online and printed materials and promotion, and sponsorships and events. Prior to joining The Healthy Leader, Susan was Director of Community Based Marketing and Sales for Au Pair in America of the American Institute for Foreign Study, and Director of Research Services at Invoke Solutions, both in Stamford, Connecticut. She is an experienced market researcher and certified Focus Group Moderator, trained at the Burke Institute of Market Research. A graduate of the University of Virginia where she received a BS and was captain of the Women's Lacrosse team, Susan is an avid golfer, recently shooting her first hole in one! She is part of a volunteer Pet Therapy Team certified by Pet Partners, with her dog Dixie and provides therapy visits for patients and employees at Sibley Hospital in Georgetown, D.C. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland.

Vicky and her family live in Virginia with their beloved shelter dogs and enjoy taking day trips in the country and attending the kids sporting events and activities. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
