Haliburton Highlands Health Services (HHHS) is committed to practices that facilitate a culture where individuals can report information where there is reasonable belief that "wrongdoing" has occurred. This includes a policy, practice or activity that is illegal, unethical or inappropriate... The HHHS Foundation is focused on building for the future, and continuing to grow current successful fundraising initiatives all while being accountable to our community and recognized as a leading not-for-profit in Haliburton County. In 2024, we successfully launched a 4.3M capital equipment campaign, Here for You in the Highlands, to upgrade and add life-saving and desperately needed diagnostic tools including CT (Haliburton was the only county in Ontario that did not have a CT scanner). The campaign concluded on November 1, 2024 after raising over 6.2M, enough to also replace aging X-ray equipment. The Campaign Cabinet strove to raise the funds and widen the donor base for the Foundation..
