Adam G. Reedy

I strive to help families of injured workers through the tumultuous period of recovery, making sure they have the resources they need to continue to provide for their families. As a Pennsylvania personal injury attorney, Adam Reedy handles all aspects of the civil litigation process efficiently and effectively for his clients. He is passionate about helping those who have been injured while on the job, fighting for the fair workers' compensation benefits they are owed in all cases. In addition, Adam represents individuals who have sustained serious injuries, whether in car accidents or due to a dangerous premises, standing up for their rights in the face of big insurance companies. He specifically focuses on workers' compensation, auto crash, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and pedestrian incidents. As a local native of Harrisburg, PA, Adam understands the unique needs of clients in this community. He graduated from Dickinson College and the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, furthering his involvement in the local region. Adam also represents his clients' interests before the Pennsylvania State Legislators by serving on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.

Ashley G. Beener

Attorney Ashley G. Beener is originally native to Somerset County, PA. Ashley graduated from Waynesburg University in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science and History. After a year working as a Field Representative on a successful United States Congressional campaign, Ashley uprooted to Harrisburg to pursue her Juris Doctor at Widener Commonwealth Law School. As an evening division student, Ashley continued to work full-time as a grant writer for nonprofits, professional sports teams, hospitals, municipalities, and business development projects, receiving over $27 million in grant awards for her clients. In 2019, Ashley gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the Pennsylvania State Senate Judiciary Committee, where she performed legal research and assisted in the drafting and review of pending legislation. Ashley joined the legal team of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg in 2021. She focuses her practice on personal injury cases as well as medical device and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation. Ashley's passion for personal injury practice stems from her family's first-hand experience with a motor vehicle accident. She is dedicated to providing her clients with zealous representation on their road to relief and recovery. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys kayaking, restoring antiques, gardening, playing the guitar, and singing.

David H Rosenberg

Gerald J. Kincel

Gerald "Jerry" Kincel concentrates his practice on auto insurance litigation and medical device and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation. He is passionate about helping those who have been injured in auto accidents and proud to stand up for injury victims across the state. Gerald is originally from Moosic, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Alfred University and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While at Widener Commonwealth, Gerald was a member of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race and a member of the Widener Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He was also the recipient of a business advising certificate from the Widener University Commonwealth Business Advising Program. Prior to joining Handler, Henning & Rosenberg, Gerald practiced complex litigation and municipal law at a prominent Harrisburg law firm, where he represented municipal entities and corporations in the areas of utility law, environmental law, and zoning and land use. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Tina Polachek Gartley in the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, where he conducted research, assisted with drafting opinions, and participated in hearings and proceedings. Gerald lives in Cumberland County where he enjoys golfing and playing basketball. When not in the office, he can be found in State College where he regularly attends Penn State Football games.

J. Jeffrey Watson

Before becoming a part of the team here at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC, Jeff was a shareholder at a defense firm with 500+ attorneys. His practice there was dedicated to litigation and he was also an integral member of the Harrisburg Workers' Compensation practice group recognized by U.S. News & World Report. This background makes Jeff extremely familiar with the inner workings of the insurance industry, further equipping him to assist his clients at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC. He was a founding partner in Hager & Watson, a Pittsburgh personal injury law firm. Now, Jeff serves as a key team member of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC, providing dedicated and aggressive counsel to injury victims throughout Pennsylvania.

Patrick S. Beck

Attorney Patrick S. Beck focuses his practice helping those who suffered an injury or loss as the result of preventable harms arising from motor vehicle accidents, UM/UIM matters, workplace accidents, premises liability, and other incidents that require complex civil litigation. Personable and compassionate, Patrick fights hard on behalf of the victims he represents and takes great pride in knowing that through his hard work, dedication, sincerity, and relatability, he achieves outstanding results and enables critical recovery for his clients and their families. Patrick was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Bloomsburg University, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University, Commonwealth Law School. His achievements during his legal education included serving as a member of the Transactional Law Team, and President of the Environmental Law and Policy Society. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Patrick earned a business advising certificate. Upon completion of his education Patrick obtained licenses to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Prior to joining Handler, Henning, and Rosenberg, Patrick practiced law in Florida where he assisted Hurricane victims obtain compensation for property damage to their homes. Patrick is excited to return to Central Pennsylvania and assist the members of his community both professionally and personally as an advocate and contributor to causes he supports. In his free time, Patrick enjoys the discipline of weight training, attending sporting events, and maintaining his exotic high-performance motor vehicles.

Robert J. Spayde

"Nothing makes life more fulfilling than being able to help make life a little brighter for others." Robert J. Spayde was born in Elizabethtown, PA, spending most of his life living in Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Army for 12 years, after which he returned to civilian life. Robert, or "Bob," enrolled in Millersville University in Fall 2011 to study Government and Political Affairs with a minor in Economics. He graduated in 2013 with his BA and enrolled in law school at Widener Commonwealth Law School. He graduated in 2018 with his juris doctorate, after which he joined the firm at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Bob specializes in all areas of personal injury law, including Social Security Disability, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle crashes. His passion for service and community involvement makes him an excellent advocate for his clients, giving him the opportunity to understand and meet his client's deepest needs. Using the law to help regular people is the most rewarding part of his work. In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and riding his motorcycle. He also coaches youth sports outside of work, and served as the football coach for the Donegal Braves for several years. As a conscientious member of his community, he also serves on the Donegal School District School Board.
