HERSEY, AERNI AND ASSOCIATES - Key Persons

Mr. Aerni has more than 30 years experience in Arizona performing boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction surveys for public and private industry. His experience includes over two years of directing the operations of Hersey, Aerni & Associates. Prior to becoming partner in H.A.A. he spent three years managing a survey department consisting of as many as twelve survey crews, three RLS project managers, four survey technicians, and an administrative assistant. Prior to his department head experience, he functioned for eleven years as survey project manager; duties included project preparation, calculations, analyses, checking and interpreting construction documents and contracts. Mr. Aerni also has over twelve years experience as a survey party chief performing boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, and construction surveys.

Mr. Hersey has more than 32 years experience in Arizona performing boundary, ALTA, topographic and construction surveys for public and private industry. Sam founded Hersey, Aerni & Associates over four years ago. Prior to starting H.A.A., he owned another Surveying and Engineering Firm; which, he was with for over 20 Years. His experience includes managing survey crews, equipment coordination and function assignments of survey crew members, and checking field plans. He has performed design computations and coordination of survey activities with contractors and subcontractors.
