Henry Zaretsky is president of Henry W. Zaretsky & Associates, Inc., a Sacramento-based health-care consulting firm established in 1981. Prior to this, he was Director of the State of California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, appointed to that office by Governor Jerry Brown in 1978. He has served on the faculties of the University of California at Los Angeles School of Public Health, the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health and the University of Southern California Graduate Program in Health Administration, where he served as Adjunct Professor.
