Brian Founds

Wholesale Feed Specialist, Brian Founds, has more than 30 years of experience in the animal feed industry. Before joining Heritage Cooperative, Brian started his career focusing on beef and dairy nutrition with Landmark Co-op but he has worn many hats over the years. Now he is focused on developing the vast dealer network and distribution channels for the Performance Feed line.

Bryan McNeal

Bryan began his co-op career in 1989 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a B.S. Degree in Agriculture. After managing a farm store in South Charleston, Ohio he quickly realized his passion for feed sales and eventually focused predominately on beef feed sales. He left the cooperative in 1999 to start and open a business with his father in the mortgage industry. After a decade in lending and 7 years as an outside sales representative for an industrial support company, Bryan came back to his roots and re-discovered his passion to sell beef feed serving as a Beef Solutions Advisor. Currently, Bryan splits his time between Heritage Animal Nutrition/Performance Feed wholesale (75%) and farm sales supporting our Mechanicsburg, Ohio branch (25%). Bryan resides in Enon, Ohio with his wife Heather, son Cole, and daughter Riley. When he's not helping our customers with their animal nutrition needs, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, competitive bass fishing, cooking, and helping his daughter with her market goats.

Charlie Ellington

Charlie Ellington serves as the Senior Nutritional Specialist with a focus on Ruminant Nutrition. Charlie grew up on a dairy and grain farm outside of East Canton where he worked from the time he could feed calves through college. He attended The Ohio State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture focusing on Animal Sciences and Agricultural Business. Charlie and his wife, Casey, have four children and live outside of Louisville, Ohio. Charlie remains very involved in agriculture. He runs a cattle feeding operation, owns part of one of his family's dairy farms, and farms a couple hundred acres of cash crops. He also stays involved with multiple agricultural groups and has been fortunate enough to hold leadership positions at the local, state, and national level through his involvement.

Dave Hamric

Dave Hamric serves as a nutritional consultant specializing in beef and swine. Dave grew up on a beef and swine farm in rural Harrison County. He began his co-op career in 1982 at Cadiz Landmark. Dave has worked for the cooperative for 41 years splitting his time, and years, between management and nutritional consulting. Dave and his wife Lin reside outside of Jewett, Ohio. They have three grown children and three grandsons. Dave and Lin also work with her father maintaining a 75 head cow/calf and hay production operation on the family farm. When he isn't busy helping his cooperative customers, or working on the farm, Dave also serves on the board for the Harrison County Farm Bureau.

Dennis D. Comstock

Hardin County may be a small community, but Dennis represents a sixth generation farm and his ties run deep. As time permits, he performs electrical work on the side. He and his wife Brenda have farmed together for over 40 years, with the help of his children Melissa Rall, Andrew Comstock, and Bradley Comstock. He has four grandchildren, Aaliyah Comstock, Trenton Comstock, Ethan Rall, and Evan Rall. Dennis is a member of Amictia Lodge #79, the Blanchard Township Zoning Board and both he and his wife are members of Walnut Grove U.M. Church. In addition, he has volunteered to Clerk the Hardin Co. Jr. Livestock sale for many years.

Edward A. Zimmerman III

Edward is married, has two adult children and seven grandchildren. Currently, he farms in the Northwest Delaware County, raising corn and soybeans. Edward served on the Champaign Landmark Board and then transitioned to the Heritage Cooperative Board after the merger. He also attends and is a member of the Delaware Bible Church.

George F. Rellinger

George has a grain farming operation in Wyandot, Hardin, Hancock, and Seneca Counties. He and his wife, Deborah, have two sons; Kevin and Eric. Kevin, who is currently transitioning into their grain farming operation, is married to Lindsay and has two children. Eric is married to Brandiann and has one child. George was also a member of the board of directors for Farmers Commission Company before the consolidation which created Heritage Cooperative. George is the former President of Nelson Mfg, Nelson Trailers, and Blanchard Land Co. He graduated from the University of Findlay with a degree in Accounting and Economics.

Hannah Simpson was born and raised on a registered Holstein farm in Northeast Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in animal science and a minor in ag communications. At Heritage, Hannah is a nutritional consultant focusing on calves and heifers. She is passionate about bringing new information to her customer's farms and working with producers to ensure efficiency and potential are maximized. Outside of work Hannah enjoys showing registered dairy heifers with her husband Ben, and their son Brooks, at the county, state, and National level.

Joe Holler serves as a dairy nutrition specialist on the Heritage Animal Nutrition team. Growing up on a registered Holstein dairy farm in Pennsylvania has provided a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in his current role. ​Although dairy is Joe's main focus, he enjoys feeding and working with other types of livestock as well. Joe has 20 years of experience in nutrition and looks forward to working with you to determine the best solution for your animals. Joe and his wife Susan, along with their daughter Julie, currently own 50 head of dairy cattle. He enjoys attending various dairy shows throughout the year and helping his daughter out with her herd of show cattle that she exhibits throughout the east coast.

Kenneth J. Schilling

Ken owns and operates a family farm with his wife, Janet and son, Alex, in the Muskingum River Valley of Washington County. They have a cow and calf operation selling Angus crossbred feeder calves and alfalfa hay. Ken has served on the Washington Landmark Board (Chairman) beginning in 1996; then the Green Valley Board (Chairman) beginning in 2002; and Agland Co-op Board (Secretary) since through 2014. He has BS and MS degrees from The Ohio State University in Agriculture Education and Ag Economics. He served as an NCO in the Pershing Missile System, US Army Europe. Along with farming he has professionally worked in management and loan administration for 18 years at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America and retired as the General Manager of Washington Electric Cooperative after 20 years of service. Ken and his wife, Janet have four grown children and two grandchildren. Ken is active in the Washington County Farm Bureau and serves on the Ohio Farm Bureau Energy Committee. He has served on the Marietta City School Board for six years and the Washington State Community College Board for six years. Furthermore, Ken chairs the Washington County Extension Advisory Committee.

He is a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University.

Lamar and his wife Estell farm with his parents Lee and Mary in Trumbull County, near Lordstown. Crops grown include corn, beans, hay, and small grains. They also milk 65 registered Brown Swiss and Holstein cows, and are active in both the Brown Swiss and Holstein Associations. Lamar and Estell have two children, Louis (21), and Marlena (20), both at Ohio State. Lamar is a Mahoning County Farm Bureau member and has served 18 years on Agland's Board.

Phil Herring

Phil farms in Wyandot County with his son, who joined the operation four years ago. His father, though retired, still actively helps with the farm. Operations include growing corn and soybeans, producing maple syrup, and processing sand which is used mainly for dairy bedding. He is a widower, has three grown children and three grandchildren. Phil started on the Farmers Commission Board of Directors and moved to the Heritage Cooperative board. He has now been on the board for 12 years.

Randy Campbell

Randy lives in Homeworth, Ohio with his wife Karen and children, Dustin (23) and Taylor (21). He is part of the Campbell Bros Inc., a family farm with his two brothers. Their 270-acre farm is mainly grain, with corn, beans, along with wheat and hay. The farm also consists of a 70 cow registered Holstein dairy operation. Karen works as an aide at a local school, Dustin works on the family farm, and Taylor is a senior at Kent State University.

Shelby Wilson serves as wholesale representative specializing in equine nutrition. Shelby grew up showing horses in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Findlay, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science as well as a minor in Marketing in the spring of 2017. After graduation she started working for Witmer's Feed & Grain as an intern processing dairy heifers before being hired on full time as a nutritional consultant for the Heritage Animal Nutrition Team. Shelby and her husband Corey now live in Hanoverton, Ohio where she continues showing horses and occasionally helps her husband show Hereford cattle.

Tommy Wise serves as a beef nutrition specialist in the southeast Ohio region for Heritage Cooperative. Tommy grew up on a beef cattle operation in rural Portage County, Ohio and showed fat steers through 4-H. He studied Livestock Production & Management at The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI) in Wooster, Ohio. During his college career, Tommy had an internship that got him acquainted with the seedstock industry. Today, Tommy currently lives in Southeast Ohio with his wife. He has stayed involved with the seedstock industry working with his parents to raise a handful of seedstock cows in his hometown in Northeast Ohio. Though Tommy and his family specialize in Simmentals, he likes all cattle - any size, shape, and form - and looks forward to working with you and your herd!
