Alan R. Hibben is the principal of Shakerhill Partners Ltd., a consulting firm that provides strategic and financial advice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, corporate strategy, valuation and governance. Mr. Hibben previously served as Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at RBC Capital Markets and as a partner with Blair Franklin Capital Partners. Ms. Bruyea is responsible for leading the development and management of the HR function specifically in the areas of change management, leadership development, talent management, organizational and performance management, and compensation.

Betty DeVita

Ms. DeVita is a global executive with over thirty years' experience in digital transformation, payments and consumer financial services. Brad Kotush - CFO, EVP

Brad Kotush has more than 25 years of experience in financial services including more than fifteen years as a public company Chief Financial Officer. During that time, he oversaw key functions such as financial reporting and budgeting, group risk management, investor relations, capital management, operations, information technology and treasury. Prior to joining Home Capital, Mr. Kotush was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (Canaccord Genuity). During his time at Canaccord Genuity, Mr. Kotush was involved in its initial public offering, common, preferred, and convertible debenture issues as well as bank financings. His responsibilities also involved integrating multiple acquisitions, serving on subsidiary boards, and working in its London, England subsidiary for three years. Mr. Kotush is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Brian Leland

Brian Leland is the Executive Vice President, Underwriting of Home Trust with responsibility for Residential and Commercial Underwriting, Funding and Servicing. Mr. Leland joined Home Trust in 2021 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2022. Mr. Leland is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 20 years of progressively senior experience in all aspects of building, growing and transforming residential lending businesses. Mr. Leland holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University. David C. Court

David C. Court, 65, is a Corporate Director and Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of Brookfield Business Partners LP, Canadian Tire Corporation, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board and Queen's University and is Chair of the advisory board for Georgian Partners. He also serves on the advisory council for National Geographic and chairs the Trebek Council which promotes young Canadian explorers. Prior to his role at McKinsey, Mr. Court worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Toronto. David Cluff

David Cluff joined Home Capital in 2012 and has since held senior positions including Vice President Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Cluff brings an extensive background in credit and risk management. He was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of a credit governance framework for Home Trust Company. Prior to joining Home Capital Mr. Cluff spent 12 years at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions where his last role was Director, Credit Risk Division. During his tenure with OSFI, Mr. Cluff developed a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial institutions. Mr. Cluff obtained a BComm from Mount Allison University and an MBA from St. Mary's University and is a CFA charterholder.

Dr. Hossein Rahnama - CEO, Founder

Dr. Hossein Rahnama is Founder and CEO and of Flybits, Inc. and Co-Founder of Ryerson University's Digital Media Zone. Dr. Rahnama is also a Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's ("MIT") Media Lab and Associate Professor at Ryerson University's RTA School of Media. Dr. Rahnama was a federal council member at NSERC (National Science and Engineering Research Council). Ed Karthaus

Ed Karthaus joined Home Trust in October 2017 as the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He brought more than 30 years of experience in financial services, technology and telecommunications to Home Trust. Ed began his career in sales and marketing, with a focus on the tech industry. After establishing his credentials with such companies as Xerox, Oracle, and NCR, he honed his expertise in data management and analytics, business solutions, strategy and operational management. Ed has held executive positions with such companies as NCR, Filogix, Davis & Henderson and Prophix, overseeing everything from business turnarounds and longterm strategic planning to enterprise start-ups. In particular, he has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Ed is an Accredited Mortgage Professional and has served as a Director of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario. He was inducted into the Association's Hall of Fame in 2009. In 2019 he was named into Canadian Mortgage Professionals Hall of Fame and was also named to the Mortgage Global 100 by Mortgage Professional America in 2019 and 2020. Ed continues to act as an important voice in the country's mortgage industry.

Edward J. Waitzer

Edward J. Waitzer, 68, is a lawyer practising as Waitzer Professional Corporation. Previously, he was a senior partner at Stikeman Elliot LLP and served as Chair and CEO of the firm. His practice focuses on complex business transactions and advising in respect of various public policy and governance matters. He is also Professor Emeritus and held the Jarislowsky Dimma Mooney Chair in Corporate Governance at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business (where he was Director of the Hennick Centre for Business and Law. He is currently Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' Independent Review Committee on Standard Setting in Canada, and a director of Cymbria Corporation and Martinrea International Inc. James H. Lisson

James H. Lisson was appointed a director of the Corporation on May 17, 2017. Mr. Lisson has 40 years of legal, advisory, board and executive experience in Canada and England. Mr. Lisson practiced corporate law for over 30 years in Canada and England with two of Canada's leading law firms, Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP and then Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Mr. Lisson has also served seven years as a director, Chairman and then Executive Chairman of Cadillac Fairview Inc. While in England, he was extensively involved in the privatization and financing of BAA plc, the then operator of all airports in the United Kingdom, and with Canary Wharf Group plc, a real estate development company. Mr. Lisson also served on executive interchange with the Federal Department of Finance during which he advised on financial services reform and Canadian bank restructurings. Mr. Lisson is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of England and Wales and a Past Chair of the National Business Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. Among his other roles, he has served as a member of the NAFTA Financial Services Dispute Resolution Panel. Mr. Lisson holds an LL.M. from Yale University, an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and an Honours B.Comm. from McGill University. James Pelletier

Joseph Natale

Joseph Natale was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Communications Inc., a diversified Canadian communications and media company until 2021. Prior to joining Rogers, Mr. Natale held several executive positions at Telus Corporation from 2003 to 2015, including President and CEO. Previously, Mr. Natale was a partner at KPMG and held successive senior leadership roles with KPMG Consulting including Country Leader for Canada and a Global Managing Director for the consumer and industrial markets segment. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Natale was co-founder and CEO of a business transformation and systems integration consulting firm which was acquired by KPMG. Liane Kim

Ms. Kim has more than 15 years' experience in Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), building programs from the ground up. Ms. Kim's prior experience includes serving as Chief Risk and Audit Executive at Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management at D+H, and Director, Consulting at PwC where she was the outsourced internal auditor or ERM leader at her client organizations. She has led numerous Internal Audit engagements and ERM implementations across various industries to support organizational strategies and regulatory requirements, including the delivery of risk training to executives and boards of directors. Lisa L. Ritchie

Mark Hemingway - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Mark Hemingway serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Home Capital Group Inc. He has more than 20 years' experience as a general counsel. He has served as general counsel for seven companies in the financial services, consumer, manufacturing, business to business and distribution businesses. His experience includes more than ten years as general counsel with CIBC Mellon. Mr. Hemingway commenced his career as a litigation lawyer at Torys LLP and as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. Mark joined Home in May, 2018. Mike Henry - EVP

Most recently, he was Executive Vice President, Enterprise Risk Governance at one of Canada's big banks, responsible for oversight of operational risk and other non-financial risks. Mr. Henry has served on a variety of boards, and is an active member of the community supporting a number of not-for-profit organizations in a board or advisory capacity. Mr. Bissada has held many senior executive roles across the financial services and fintech industry in Canada. Mr. Bissada was named Chief Financial Officer of FirstLine Trust Company in 1989, a leading mortgage services company focused on product development, securitization structures and non-branch origination channels. FirstLine Trust was acquired by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Mr. Bissada was named Vice President of Servicing Operations for CIBC Mortgages and FirstLine. In 1999, Mr. Bissada was named Senior Vice President of Real Estate Secured Lending Products at TD Canada Trust, overseeing one of Canada's largest mortgage businesses. In 2000, Mr. Bissada was named President and CEO of Filogix, a B2B software and service provider to the mortgage industry, where he served until 2007. Mr. Bissada has also held numerous roles on the boards of companies in the mortgage industry.
