Alan R. Hibben is the principal of Shakerhill Partners Ltd., a consulting firm that provides strategic and financial advice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing, corporate strategy, valuation and governance.
Mr. Hibben previously served as Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at RBC Capital Markets and as a partner with Blair Franklin Capital Partners. Mr. Hibben has also held the position of Head, Strategy & Development at RBC Financial Group, where he was responsible for corporate strategy as well as merger, acquisition and development activities for the bank and the position of Chief Executive Officer, RBC Capital Partners.
In addition, Mr. Hibben has been a director of a number of Canadian public and private companies, currently serving as director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Wildbrain Ltd., director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Extendicare Inc., and as a director of Shawcor Ltd.

Amy Bruyea joined Home Capital as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in November 2017.
Previously, Ms. Bruyea worked as VP, Human Resources and SVP of Credit Operations at a financial services firm and held several leadership roles at a leading fintech firm.
Ms. Bruyea is responsible for leading the development and management of the HR function specifically in the areas of change management, leadership development, talent management, organizational and performance management, and compensation.

Ms. DeVita is a global executive with over thirty years' experience in digital transformation, payments and consumer financial services. She is currently the Chief Business Officer and member of the board of FinConecta, a global organization that brings digital solutions and financial services companies together through an API platform to accelerate digital transformation and open banking. Prior to FinConecta, Ms. DeVita served as Chief Commercial Officer of Digital Payments & Labs with MasterCard and held positions of increasing responsibility with Citigroup Inc., from 1982 to 2010, leaving as Chair and CEO of Citibank Canada. She currently serves as a director of Popular, Inc.

Brad Kotush has more than 25 years of experience in financial services including more than fifteen years as a public company Chief Financial Officer. During that time, he oversaw key functions such as financial reporting and budgeting, group risk management, investor relations, capital management, operations, information technology and treasury.
Prior to joining Home Capital, Mr. Kotush was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (Canaccord Genuity). During his time at Canaccord Genuity, Mr. Kotush was involved in its initial public offering, common, preferred, and convertible debenture issues as well as bank financings. His responsibilities also involved integrating multiple acquisitions, serving on subsidiary boards, and working in its London, England subsidiary for three years.
Mr. Kotush is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Brian Leland is the Executive Vice President, Underwriting of Home Trust with responsibility for Residential and Commercial Underwriting, Funding and Servicing. Mr. Leland joined Home Trust in 2021 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2022.
Mr. Leland is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 20 years of progressively senior experience in all aspects of building, growing and transforming residential lending businesses.
Mr. Leland holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University. He is a representative of the Canadian Bankers' Association and a longstanding member of Mortgage Professionals Canada.

David C. Court, 65, is a Corporate Director and Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of Brookfield Business Partners LP, Canadian Tire Corporation, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board and Queen's University and is Chair of the advisory board for Georgian Partners. He also serves on the advisory council for National Geographic and chairs the Trebek Council which promotes young Canadian explorers.
Prior to his role at McKinsey, Mr. Court worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Toronto. He holds a BCom from Queen's University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

David Cluff joined Home Capital in 2012 and has since held senior positions including Vice President Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Cluff brings an extensive background in credit and risk management. He was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of a credit governance framework for Home Trust Company. Prior to joining Home Capital Mr. Cluff spent 12 years at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions where his last role was Director, Credit Risk Division. During his tenure with OSFI, Mr. Cluff developed a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial institutions. Mr. Cluff obtained a BComm from Mount Allison University and an MBA from St. Mary's University and is a CFA charterholder.

Dr. Hossein Rahnama is Founder and CEO and of Flybits, Inc. and Co-Founder of Ryerson University's Digital Media Zone. Dr. Rahnama is also a Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's ("MIT") Media Lab and Associate Professor at Ryerson University's RTA School of Media.
Dr. Rahnama was a federal council member at NSERC (National Science and Engineering Research Council). Dr. Rahnama has also been recognized by the MIT Technology Review as one of the Top Innovators in the world under the age of 35 and as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40.
Dr. Rahnama holds a Ph.D. and M.A.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Ryerson University as well as a B.A.Sc. in Computer Science from Ryerson University.

Ed Karthaus joined Home Trust in October 2017 as the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He brought more than 30 years of experience in financial services, technology and telecommunications to Home Trust.
Ed began his career in sales and marketing, with a focus on the tech industry. After establishing his credentials with such companies as Xerox, Oracle, and NCR, he honed his expertise in data management and analytics, business solutions, strategy and operational management.
Ed has held executive positions with such companies as NCR, Filogix, Davis & Henderson and Prophix, overseeing everything from business turnarounds and longterm strategic planning to enterprise start-ups. In particular, he has extensive experience in the mortgage industry.
Ed is an Accredited Mortgage Professional and has served as a Director of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario. He was inducted into the Association's Hall of Fame in 2009. In 2019 he was named into Canadian Mortgage Professionals Hall of Fame and was also named to the Mortgage Global 100 by Mortgage Professional America in 2019 and 2020.
Ed continues to act as an important voice in the country's mortgage industry.
Edward J. Waitzer, 68, is a lawyer practising as Waitzer Professional Corporation. Previously, he was a senior partner at Stikeman Elliot LLP and served as Chair and CEO of the firm. His practice focuses on complex business transactions and advising in respect of various public policy and governance matters. He is also Professor Emeritus and held the Jarislowsky Dimma Mooney Chair in Corporate Governance at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business (where he was Director of the Hennick Centre for Business and Law. He is currently Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' Independent Review Committee on Standard Setting in Canada, and a director of Cymbria Corporation and Martinrea International Inc.
Mr. Waitzer holds an LL.B and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto. He has been Chair of the LCBO and the Ontario Securities Commission and has served as a director of many corporations and not-for-profit organizations.

James H. Lisson was appointed a director of the Corporation on May 17, 2017. Mr. Lisson has 40 years of legal, advisory, board and executive experience in Canada and England.
Mr. Lisson practiced corporate law for over 30 years in Canada and England with two of Canada's leading law firms, Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP and then Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Mr. Lisson has also served seven years as a director, Chairman and then Executive Chairman of Cadillac Fairview Inc.
While in England, he was extensively involved in the privatization and financing of BAA plc, the then operator of all airports in the United Kingdom, and with Canary Wharf Group plc, a real estate development company. Mr. Lisson also served on executive interchange with the Federal Department of Finance during which he advised on financial services reform and Canadian bank restructurings.
Mr. Lisson is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of England and Wales and a Past Chair of the National Business Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. Among his other roles, he has served as a member of the NAFTA Financial Services Dispute Resolution Panel.
Mr. Lisson holds an LL.M. from Yale University, an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and an Honours B.Comm. from McGill University. He is an Institute Certified Director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

James Pelletier joined Home Trust in July 2019 and is responsible for leading the Company's Commercial Real Estate operations. Mr. Pelletier has over 25 years of financial services experience with a primary concentration in commercial lending and risk management. Prior to joining Home Trust, Mr. Pelletier held progressively senior roles within the commercial lending industry, most recently as Vice President, Toronto Construction and Real Estate with Royal Bank of Canada.
Mr. Pelletier is an active member in the community supporting several charitable organizations. Mr. Pelletier has served as President for the Durham Children's Aid Foundation and as Vice President Finance for Resources for Exceptional Children and Youth.

Joseph Natale was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Communications Inc., a diversified Canadian communications and media company until 2021. Prior to joining Rogers, Mr. Natale held several executive positions at Telus Corporation from 2003 to 2015, including President and CEO. Previously, Mr. Natale was a partner at KPMG and held successive senior leadership roles with KPMG Consulting including Country Leader for Canada and a Global Managing Director for the consumer and industrial markets segment. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Natale was co-founder and CEO of a business transformation and systems integration consulting firm which was acquired by KPMG.
Mr. Natale holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Natale has served as a director of Rogers, Telus, TD Bank and Celestica. He is chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Board of Trustees at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. He also is a member of the advisory board for Altas, a North American private equity firm.

Liane Kim joined Home Capital as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit in November, 2020. Ms. Kim has more than 15 years' experience in Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), building programs from the ground up.
Ms. Kim's prior experience includes serving as Chief Risk and Audit Executive at Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management at D+H, and Director, Consulting at PwC where she was the outsourced internal auditor or ERM leader at her client organizations. She has led numerous Internal Audit engagements and ERM implementations across various industries to support organizational strategies and regulatory requirements, including the delivery of risk training to executives and boards of directors.
Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and is a CFA charterholder.

Lisa L. Ritchie was Global Chief Marketing Officer for Sun Life Financial. During her tenure, Ms. Ritchie, created and championed the strategic brand direction for Sun Life and its applications in sponsorship and philanthropy.
Prior to joining Sun Life, Ms. Ritchie had a global mandate as Senior Vice President, Customer Knowledge and Insights at Scotiabank. She was responsible for identifying, measuring and reporting on customer and external data, and for enhancing customer insights. Ms. Ritchie also held leadership positions at CIBC, Decima Research/Hill and Knowlton and TD Bank. She is currently a board member for the Humber River Hospital Foundation and Save a Child's Heart. Mark Hemingway - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Mark Hemingway serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Home Capital Group Inc. He has more than 20 years' experience as a general counsel. He has served as general counsel for seven companies in the financial services, consumer, manufacturing, business to business and distribution businesses. His experience includes more than ten years as general counsel with CIBC Mellon. Mr. Hemingway commenced his career as a litigation lawyer at Torys LLP and as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. Mark joined Home in May, 2018.
Mr. Hemingway holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University and a Master of Law degree from Cambridge University. He is certified as a Specialist in Corporate and Commercial law by the Law Society of Ontario. He has received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and previously served as a director of an OSFI-regulated trust company.

Mr. Henry joined Home Trust in January 2022 as Executive Vice President, Digital and Strategy with responsibility for leading the company's corporate strategy and digital engagement as well as heading up Oaken Financial. Mr. Henry has been a long-time financial services executive, holding progressively senior positions in sales, marketing, wealth management, retail banking, product development, data and analytics. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President, Enterprise Risk Governance at one of Canada's big banks, responsible for oversight of operational risk and other non-financial risks.
Mr. Henry has served on a variety of boards, and is an active member of the community supporting a number of not-for-profit organizations in a board or advisory capacity. He is a passionate champion for gender equality, and an active part of the UN's HeForShe movement. Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.

Paul G. Haggis is Chairman of the Alberta Enterprise Corporation, Director of the Bank of Canada, Audit Committee Chair of Advantage Oil and Gas, Director of Sunshine Village Corporation, and Advisory Board member of Balfour Pacific Partners.
Mr. Haggis was President and CEO of OMERS from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in his career, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of MetLife's Canadian operations and President and CEO of ATB Financial. Mr. Haggis has also served as Governance Chair and Special Committee member of Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (since sold to Blackstone) and Chairman of Canadian Pacific Railway.

Robert J. Blowes served as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and its subsidiaries between May 11 and August 31, 2017. Mr. Blowes also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and its subsidiaries from 2011 until his retirement from the Corporation in 2014.
Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Blowes was a Partner in the Financial Services Industry Group of Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked for over 25 years serving a client base that included banking and trust companies, life, property and casualty insurance carriers, brokerages and other financial services companies. Mr. Blowes also served leading technology companies and has extensive experience with reporting issuers.
Mr. Blowes received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1977 and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) designation in 2004. Sharon H. Sallows is a professional director with significant public and private company experience. Ms. Sallows currently serves as a trustee of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust and chairs its Human Resources and Compensation Committee. She is also a trustee of Chartwell Retirement Residences and a director and chair of the Governance Committee of AIMCo. Previous directorships include Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, USA REIT LLC, Executive Risk Services, Algoods Inc., Equivest Inc. and Maple Mortgage Trust.

Yousry Bissada was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Capital Group on August 2, 2017. Mr. Bissada has more than 30 years of financial services experience focused on the mortgage industry and is a member of the Home Capital Group Board of Directors.
Most recently, prior to joining Home Capital, Mr. Bissada served as President and CEO of Kanetix Ltd., an insurance and financial products digital platform. Mr. Bissada has held many senior executive roles across the financial services and fintech industry in Canada. Mr. Bissada was named Chief Financial Officer of FirstLine Trust Company in 1989, a leading mortgage services company focused on product development, securitization structures and non-branch origination channels. FirstLine Trust was acquired by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Mr. Bissada was named Vice President of Servicing Operations for CIBC Mortgages and FirstLine. In 1999, Mr. Bissada was named Senior Vice President of Real Estate Secured Lending Products at TD Canada Trust, overseeing one of Canada's largest mortgage businesses. In 2000, Mr. Bissada was named President and CEO of Filogix, a B2B software and service provider to the mortgage industry, where he served until 2007.
Mr. Bissada has also held numerous roles on the boards of companies in the mortgage industry. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Bissada served as Chairman of two mortgage lenders, Canadiana Financial Corp. and Paradigm Quest Inc. From 2007 to 2009, he served as a director on the Board of Street Capital Financial Corp. He also served on the Board of Directors of Equity Financial Holdings Inc. from 2014 - 2017 prior to joining Home Capital Group.
Yousry Bissada is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation ("CEO"). Mr. Bissada also currently serves as an advisor to the Board of Real Matters/Solidifi.
Mr. Bissada has more than three decades of experience in financial services and the mortgage industry. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Bissada was President and CEO of Kanetix Ltd., a company with a specialized digital platform providing customers with estimates for insurance and other financial products.
Mr. Bissada has also held various other executive roles with financial services companies, including CEO of Filogix and Senior Vice President, Real Estate Secured Lending Products at TD Canada Trust.
