Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi, Amy is a closing Attorney and leads our commercial property division. For commercial clients Amy's adept contract negotiation skills ensure even the most complex transaction is completed cost effectively and without a hitch. Amy is most at home in the closing room putting clients at ease while making sure they leave more knowledgeable than they came in. Agents rave about her Closing 101 and 102 classes as invaluable, practical, and just plain fun ways to learn about real estate. Amy completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 2007 and obtained her law degree from the University of Mississippi in 2009. Before bringing her talents to the Home Surety team, she practiced general litigation and family law in Mississippi. Upon moving to Tennessee she transitioned to work in nonprofit but ultimately her heart led her back to practicing law.
Amy is a native Memphian and enjoys spending her time supporting local theatre as an Administrative Judge for the "Ostrander's" which is the Memphis equivalent of the Tony's! Amy is also married to a talented, professional woodworker named Patrick.
As a native bilingual spanish and English speaker, Angela serves as our office Spanish translator. She serves as the Spanish liaison and guides our clients through the closing process. Angela is often the first person of contact any client or lender has with Home Surety. Angela is a proud Memphian and carries that with her wherever she goes. Angela is completing her bachelor's degree at the University of Memphis in Marketing Management. In her free time, she crafting and spending time with her family.
DeAnne Oelke (Oelke pronounced EL-Key) has been with the HSTE team for four years as a Title Curator. DeAnne ensures that each buyer owns their home outright free from past seller, debts, liens, and other deeds of trusts. DeAnne is a proud Memphian and loves Tiger football. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful children and grandchildren.

Eric is a Staff Attorney. Eric manages files prior to closing. Eric is a native Memphian. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 2010 before he completed his undergraduate degree in 2014 at the University of Alabama. Eric has since graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. In his free time, Eric bikes, golfs, and enjoys wood carving!

Jessica is our Director of Business Development in Southaven. She cultivates relationships with residential and commercial brokers, lenders, and real estate agents to create new business opportunities for the company. She maintains existing customer relationships with clients and agents coordinating training classes through our office for the novice and seasoned professional alike.
She is involved in Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) serves on the YPN and on the leadership team with Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors (NWMAR). Jessica has one child with her husband Zach, and they have a golden doodle. She enjoys gardening, trying new restaurants, and serving at her church. She is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of customer service.
Kathy has been with Home Surety since 2017 and continues to solve problems in multiple areas within the office. She currently works with attorneys to facilitate their direction as to preparing files to close and ensure the accuracy of our documents. Kathy's organizational skills keep our office running smoothly. Outside of work she spends time with her two children Troy and Kellie. Her favorite thing to do when she has the time is to travel. Kathy always recommends going on trips with people you love since the people are what make the trip most special! Thus far, Italy was her favorite location to visit.
Kelly joined the Home Surety Team as an Attorney in January 2019. Originally from the DC area, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in 2008 and obtained her law degree from the University of Memphis in 2016. Following law school, Kelly practiced general civil litigation, and she draws on that experience daily to identify and resolve title issues for her clients. Kelly specializes in clearing complex title problems, managing multiple property transactions, and zealously advocating for her clients. Outside of the closing room, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband, Aaron, and two boys, Owen and Graham.
Kristi has been with the HSTE team since day one in 2002. In her 19 years of experience she has seen pretty much everything. She is a problem solver who never shirks from a challenge all while making sure no penny is out of place. She vehemently believes the devil is in the details. Kristi is involved with her church, Highland Church of Christ, and often attends events with Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) and Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR). In her free time, Kristi loves to get together with family to watch SEC football, and support her daughter's team, MTSU, however she can. She also soaks up any time she can take a weekend trip with her family to explore!

Lourdes joined the Home Surety team in May of 2021 as a Pre/Post-Closer. She also serves as the Office Coordinator for the Southaven, MS office. Lourdes attended Kirby High School and resides in Olive Branch, MS with her husband and two children, Isabelle and Raul, Jr. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and occasionally shopping! Lourdes was born and raised in Mexico before she moved to the United States at age 12, so she also serves as one of the in-office translators.
Mandi has been a remote worker for Home Surety in Smyrna, TN for the past four years and takes much pride in being a Nashville native. Mandi manages lender relations, working with lenders to balance CD's and assists other staff members with bank underwriters ensuring final numbers match between HSTE and the lender. Mandi is extremely organized and pays great attention to detail in her profession, but she is also very creative as she enjoys home decorating, birds, and gardening. She prefers to spend her free time outdoors with friends in the pretty weather and hopes to be volunteering with a horse farm soon, too!
Sara has been with Home Surety since 2005 and currently works remotely from Dallas,TX. She wears multiple hats and often draws from her 16 years of experience to ensure closings happen without a hitch. She works with lenders calculation of fees preparing commitments and is the go to guru when agents are approximating fees for clients. She also writes all the title policies for HSTE's files. For the past 10 years, Sara has lived in Aubrey, Texas with her husband Keith, and their three beautiful children, Emma, Kayla, and Alexis. They have an adorable Cavalier Spaniel named Chewy after the mighty Chewbacca. As a family, they love to watch movies and travel whenever time allows!

Stacy has served as Director of Business Development and Marketing since 2017. Stacy's passion for serving clients with Home Surety's signature concierge focus creates a positive experience for anyone using Home Surety. She is involved in Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and has been a board member of the Young Professional Network, and RPAC. She was board of director and Secretary for the MAAR affiliate committee and currently she is President- Elect. Stacy has 4 children with her husband Jared. She enjoys running, spin and any activity when her family is all together. She is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of customer service.
