Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P. E.) in Kentucky with experience in building mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems. Prior to joining Hollenbach Oakley, Ben worked at a national consulting engineering firm that specialized in high-performance building design with a concentration on sustainable design practices including geothermal systems and solar energy. Ben managed clients in the higher education, healthcare, government, and food service sectors.

Ben Turner

Ben Turner graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Landscape Architecture. He began his career working at an international landscape architecture firm designing masterplans for large resorts and mixed-use communities. Prior to joining Hollenbach Oakley, Ben spent several years working in project management for one of the fastest-growing commercial general contractors in Louisville. He serves as a Project Manager for Hollenbach Oakley, specializing in site design and construction management.

Blair Basham - CMO

Blair Basham is an accomplished marketing professional and joins the team as the new Marketing Director. With over 12 years of client-facing sales experience, Blair possesses a strong background in marketing and sales, making a significant impact on the organizations she serves. Throughout her career, Blair has demonstrated exceptional skills in advertising, customer service, product and business branding, media, event marketing, and promotions. In addition to her marketing expertise, she brings valuable management experience to the table, having served as a leader in developing and implementing new employee training programs. Prior to her current role, Blair spent four years at Louisville Business First and four years at iHeartMedia, further expanding her industry knowledge. Blair graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Broadcast Communications and Sales.

Doug Wood

Doug graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering. After spending 4 years in North Carolina working on various heavy civil projects, Doug joined a local paving contractor and helped grow and lead it to become the largest site contractor in Louisville. He serves on the Board of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana and Barren Heights Ministry. Doug has over 35 years in the industry and has been with Hollenbach Oakley since 2022.

Greg Oakley - CEO

Utilizing his architectural training, Greg Oakley oversees all phases of design and construction for Hollenbach Oakley. Through integrity and hard work, he has gained a reputation for paying attention to detail and getting the job done. Greg began his real estate career as Project Manager at a national consulting firm, where he was involved with nearly 200 projects in the eastern U.S., with total investments of up to $500 million. He then spent six years as Director of Development and Construction for NTS Development's Commercial Properties Group. In 1997, he joined forces with partner John Hollenbach and embarked on successful projects like the award-winning Eastpoint Business Center and, more recently, Blankenbaker Station Business Park. Greg received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky, and has been a member of the national, state, and local chapters of the American Institute of Architects since 1991. He also completed course work in civil engineering at the University of Louisville's J.B. Speed School of Engineering.

Jeff Mosley - Chief Legal Officer, COO

Jeff Mosley graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, where he received a degree in Politics before moving and receiving his law degree from the University of Louisville Law School. Jeff was an associate at Mosley, Clare & Townes from 1990-1997. He went on to work for the Commonwealth of Kentucky for 16 years, serving under three Governors - Paul Patton, Ernie Fletcher, and Steve Beshear - from 1997-2013. Jeff served as the General Counsel for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy, Workforce Development Cabinet, Education Cabinet, and Finance and Administration Cabinet, respectively. From 2013-2020, Jeff worked for Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government. He served as the Deputy Chief of Louisville Forward and as General Counsel for LMG. He was the project lead on the negotiations and implementation of the Omni project, the Soccer Stadium, Colonial Gardens, and Louisville Slugger Field.

Jesse Mindel

Jesse Mindel joined Hollenbach Oakley & Horizon Commercial Realty in 2020. With a focus on details and a team approach, he oversees all phases and processes of the accounting team. He possesses over 20 years of proven financial leadership in various industries, including Real Estate, Energy, and Health Care. His experience ranges from small startups to large publicly traded companies. His focus at Hollenbach/Horizon is to disseminate timely financial data that leads to growth in valuation for the company's clients. Jesse received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville.

John Hollenbach - CEO

As Managing Partner of Hollenbach Oakley, John Hollenbach's name has been associated with some of the Louisville-area's highest-profile commercial developments of the last three decades: Blankenbaker Crossings Business Park, Eastpoint Business Center, Blankenbaker Station Business Park, Oldham Reserve, River Ridge Gateway Office Park, Simpsonville Commons, and the Louisville City Football Club's Lynn Family Stadium. His firm has been involved with projects totaling over 3,000 acres and $1 billion in investment for clients employing more than 10,000 workers. John received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. After graduating, he worked in Cincinnati before returning to Louisville to begin his commercial real estate career. John currently serves on the Advisory Board of German American Bank and is a Director of the Building Industry Association's Government Affairs Committee. A graduate of both Leadership Louisville and Bingham Fellows, he has served as a board member of the Louisville City FC Board of Directors, Louisville Sports Commission, the Building Industry Association of Louisville (BIA), Olmstead Parks Conservancy and the Old National Bank Advisory Board.

Mandy Parkes

Mandy Parkes participates and assists in all aspects of Real Estate Development. Mandy has 12 years of experience with a major insurance company in the United Kingdom, beginning with the administration of investment and broker funds. She then began a career in I.T., providing user support, training, programming, and analysis as well as performing off-site installations around the U.K. for the Direct Sales offices. Since relocating to the U.S. after 3 years in Singapore, Mandy worked as an Office Manager prior to joining Hollenbach Oakley in 2014.
