Britta Zecher

Sage is fortunate to have two tremendously talented, well-known and experienced fitness professionals on their team. Britta Zecher, founder and president of Omni Fitness, along with Michael Wood, is Director of our Corporate Fitness Development. Britta earned her B.S. in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University. She has been an exercise physiologist at the Pritikin Institute in California as well as a fitness and health educator who frequently lectures at schools, hospitals, health clubs, and local organizations. Britta has had full feature coverage in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, The Tab as well as fitness industry publications. Her numerous radio and television appearances include the "Get a Life" nationally syndicated fitness show airing on PBS. Britta is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA). She has served on the Governor's Committee for Physical Fitness and Sports, and has served as the Fitness Director of Willowbend Country Club on Cape Cod. She is listed in National register of Who's Who in America. Donna Moore-Ede

Dr. Donna Moore-Ede coaches and advises Board's of Directors, CEO's and senior management teams on strategic goals, personal development, work/life balance issues in the workplace. She is an expert in conflict resolution, executive team building and personal growth and development for high achieving individuals. She has a particular focus on resolving the special issues in family owned businesses and has served as interim Chairman of the Board during company management transitions. Dr. Moore-Ede has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Union Graduate School, a Masters in Family and Marital Therapy from Lesley College, and a Diploma in Group Psychotherapy from the Northeastern Society in Group Psychotherapy

Dr. Martin Moore-Ede

Dr. Martin Moore-Ede was a Professor of Physiology at Harvard Medical School for 25 years and pioneered the research on maximizing human health, safety and performance around the clock. In 1983 he founded Circadian Technologies, Inc., a research and consulting firm, to provide expertise in health and safety and employee productivity to businesses that work extended hours. Under Dr. Moore-Ede's leadership Circadian Technologies expanded internationally with offices in North America, Asia and Europe, and its clients now include over half of the Fortune 500. In 2003 he became Chairman of Circadian. Dr. Moore-Ede brings world-class expertise to Sage in staffing, scheduling and training to build high-performance workforces. Dr. Moore-Ede has an internationally recognized reputation in human alertness and performance physiology, and experience in building a highly successful business in the health, safety and fitness field. Dr. Moore-Ede received his B.Sc. degree in Physiology with First Class Honors from the University of London, his medical degrees from Guy's Hospital Medical School, and a Ph.D. in Physiology from Harvard University.

Michael Wood

Michael Wood is Sage's "very wise" and extremely talented Director of Corporate Fitness Development. He is founder and director of the Sports Performance Group (www.woodspg.com) and has been involved in the fitness industry since 1988. His company has developed exercise programs for a wide array of clientele that includes some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry to high-level corporate clients as well elite athletes of all ages including former Olympians. His professional experience includes positions held at the University of Connecticut as assistant strength and conditioning coach and the Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Sarcopenia Laboratory at the USDA-HNRC on Aging at Tufts University where he was employed as an exercise physiologist. Michael has taught undergraduate courses at Boston University and the University of Connecticut where he also attended graduate school. He currently serves as a member of the content review board at HealthyWomen.org and HealthGate.com. While a contributing editor at HealthGate.com, his monthly fitness column was seen on more than 650 medical websites and his "One-Minute Moves" column for Walking Magazine was written from 1994-97. Professional certifications include the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. Michael was also voted best trainer in Boston for 2000 by Boston Magazine and has made several radio and television guest appearances around New England speaking on various health and fitness topics. He attended Springfield College on an athletic scholarship before earning a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and an AS in Physical Therapy (PTA) from North Shore Community College.

Stephen Silveri

Attorney Stephen Silveri rounds out our team. Sage Strategies, LLC believes in surrounding themselves with only the best. Stephen founded his law firm (www.silverilaw.com) with a simple philosophy; provide courtesy, commitment and success. At Sage, we believe in those same principles. In addition to Stephen's professional acumen - Silveri Law responds to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours if received between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Stephen earned his B.A. in English Literature, with a concentration in Professional Writing and Technical Communication, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School where he won "Best Advocate" Award at the National Tax Mock Trial competition in St. Petersburg Florida. Stephen is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States Federal District Court. Stephen is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and is a Project Leader for Boston Cares, a local volunteer organization. He is an avid runner and has run the Boston Marathon to raise funding for both the Special Olympics and the Children's Hospital in Boston. Currently, his goal is to run a qualifying marathon time by the end of this year.
