HPLC SYSTEM

Most of our HPLC systems and components are offered with either a one or two year warranty. We have successfully supported many systems through two year warranties, including ones shipped to overseas customers. To our knowledge we are the only used HPLC vendor that is willing to offer a two year warranty. However our prices are comparable to vendors offering 90 day warranties... Although we prefer not to operate in this manner, we can also sell HPLC equipment with 90 day warranties and at very low prices. However these initial savings will likely be lost over the first two to three years of the life of the instrument. A 90 day warrantied instrument is simply not rebuilt in the same manner. If an instrument is not working, a quick repair can bring it back to life and it might stay this way for 90 days, this is why it is so common to see warranties of 90 days or less.
