Andrew is an Associate Partner in Holman Webb's Sydney Commercial Recovery and Insolvency Group. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2010. He has practised extensively in the arrears of priority disputes involving NSW caveats in the Supreme Court, securities enforcement on behalf of mortgagee banks and trade creditors, debt recovery litigation and insolvency litigation such as defending unfair preference claims.
Brooke is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Brooke practices in general commercial litigation matters including secured and unsecured recovery work, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.
Brooke has acted for clients in various commercial dispute matters, including:
large volume debt recovery work for multi-nationals
providing advice to insolvency practitioners
providing advice to directors and shareholders
franchise disputes
commercial and retail leasing disputes
building and construction claims.
Brooke has appeared as an advocate and instructing solicitor in the Federal Courts and all Queensland Courts. Brooke also has experience in assisting clients with matters in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and regularly participates in Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure including mediation and arbitration.
Caroline is the partner in Holman Webb's Adelaide office and has a wealth of experience in insurance law having practiced for more than 20 years in general insurance and workers compensation.
Chris is a Partner in Holman Webb's Commercial Recovery & Insolvency Team, and primarily practices in the areas of commercial recovery, insolvency and civil litigation.
Chris draws on high-level experience gained across a range of industries; his clients include financiers, building supply companies, real estate investors, property developers, private schools and insolvency practitioners.
Acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, Chris has successfully represented a variety of clients to recover millions in judgments, settlements and defended claims - and has achieved favourable resolutions without trial through the use of mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Natasha is a defendant personal injury specialist with a particular interest in advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. For example with a major self-insurer, she has achieved a 95% acceptance rate and a 90% settlement rate.
Paul is a Senior Associate within Holman Webb's General Insurance team and maintains a practice predominately focused on professional indemnity, product liability, and policy interpretation public liability claims matters.

Sasha is a Senior Associate within Holman Webb's General Insurance team. Having joined the firm in March 2018, and with over seven years' experience as a Plaintiff Lawyer, Sasha has extensive insight into the jurisdictional and evidentiary requirements of personal injury claims which has benefited her in advising insurer clients.
With over 25 years' experience, Shane is a skilled commercial litigator with a focus on corporate insolvency and recovery. His clients comprise of ASX top 100 companies, major banks, other financial institutions and a number of large national and multi-national corporations.
Prior to commencing at Holman Webb, Shane was admitted to practice in the UK, where he worked in-house at one of the UK's largest listed companies. This experience has given Shane the ability to bring a level of true business acumen when advising his client.
Shane's corporate insolvency and recovery practice extends to representing clients under investigation by ASIC, advising Directors and Company Officers with respect to their duties under both common law and the Corporations Act and acting for secured creditors in regard to the appointment of receivers under their security instruments, and also acting for and against liquidators and other insolvency practitioners.
As a litigator, Shane has represented clients in franchise disputes, building and construction claims and professional negligence matters involving stockbrokers, financial advisers and valuers. His experience extends through the Federal, Queensland Supreme and District Courts and QCAT. He regularly participates in Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures including mediation, case appraisal and arbitration.
Shane is a highly sought-after author, having numerous articles published in leading industry publications including the Insolvency Law Bulletin, Journal of Chartered Secretaries Australia and Australian Risk Management Magazine. He is regularly invited to present at industry seminars including the ‘CPA SME Day' and the Governance Institute of Australia.
In 2015 and 2017, Shane was the joint course co-ordinator and lecturer in the University of Queensland's Personal and Corporate Insolvency module offered every 2 years in their Bachelor of Laws Course. Shane is also a member of the Law Council of Australia's Insolvency sub-committee.
