Hi. I'm Richard Gibb, director and construction manager at HRS. It's important to me that there is a seamless transition between contract award and execution of the physical build. I provide the necessary leadership and vision of project objectives and outcomes to the project team. I'm actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our projects and support the project team by ensuring the necessary processes and resource is in place to achieve project requirements for safety, programme and quality. It's not unusual of me to add a pinch of humour into the day - it can relieve the pressure in an often demanding work environment.
