Hye Level Software was founded in 1995 by Ed Muserlian to develop software to control test devices and measurement instruments, record results, and report and analyze the data. Ed Muserlian holds Bachelor of Science in Physics and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degrees from the City University of New York, and a Master of Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has worked in the computer field since 1967... Hye Level Software, Inc. has worked closely with Matrix Test Equipment, Inc. to develop the software to control its test equipment, make accurate automated RF distortion measurements, and to develop the Matrix web site. We have experience in controlling devices through serial, parallel, and GPIB interfaces using Microsoft development tools on PCs.
