David Hylton, President and Owner is a former California Peace Officer and has a unique insight into public safety and corporate liability. He served as President of Arco Arena Security Officers Association (ASOA). Mr. Hylton holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College. He created ClientMatch Matrix a process used to evaluate a client's needs and match security officer training to the client's specific site requirements.

Lance Pinedo

Lance Pinedo was born and raised in the Oroville Community and is a graduate of Las Plumas High School. Lance's passion revolves around the career path he has set before himself in security. Lance has continued his education in this field while taking classes in Security and Patrol Management, Security Techniques, and mastering firearm. Since 2011, Lance's passion has been to give back and protect the community he was raised in. During the Oroville Dam crisis of 2017, Lance and HYLTON SECURITY officers were asked to take a special role in the evacuation process and protecting and serving the community during this period of time. None of the businesses that HYLTON SECURITY served suffered losses during this time.

Melissa Hylton - CIO, CMO

Melissa Hylton has worked her way up through the ranks, at Hylton Security. She started off as the office secretary to become the CIO. She has an AA in Marketing, as well as Advertising and Sales Promotion, through American River College. Melissa plans to further her education and obtain an MA in Business Management.

Michael Cruz

Michael Cruz was born a native of Guam, a U.S. Territory, and moved to the L.A. Area when he was 7 years old. Mike is well versed in martial arts and occasionally gives private lessons to those in the security field and private citizens. Mike moved to the Redding area in 2003 with his guard card and has been a valued member of the community dedicated to the safety and security of the residents of Shasta and Tehama Counties. His ongoing education includes Security and Patrol Management, Security Surveillance Techniques, and firearms safety. It is not unusual to see Mike at a commnunity safety meeting or safety instructional meeting.

Miguel Corona - VP of Sales

Miguel Corona served four years in the United States Marine Corp.. While serving he received the Navy and Marine Corps achievement medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, 2 Certificates of Commendation, and 2 Letters of Appreciation, for outstanding service in personnel administrative duties and human resources services. After the Marine Corps., Miguel received his AA in Administration of Justice and obtained his Homeland Security certificate, from American River College.
