HZMTC - Key Persons
Harry Zutshi formed HZ Management and Training Consultancy in 1991. Since that time he has provided consultancy, research and training for over 60 different organisations including national bodies, government departments, local authorities, NHS trusts and voluntary agencies.
Previously, he worked for four years as an external consultant to local authorities in England and Wales with the Local Government Management Board.
For two years he was the external manager of the Accreditation of Unpaid Work Project on behalf of the then Department for Education and Employment.

He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a certificate in e-learning and is a qualified NVQ assessor. He has been a trainer and facilitator since 1979.
