Emma has been in the Insurance Industry for 20 years, following a Career in Nursing. She moved to Hutchison Rodway in 2016.
She provides advise in both Commercial and Domestic areas as well as assisting with claims.

Karen has been a Domestic Broker for 9 years and enjoys comparing and getting the best for clients with all covers and specialises in tenanted properties. She has several rentals and knows what clients deal with and understands good insurance cover can really make the difference!

Kerry has enjoyed a career in insurance for 35 years. In this time she has worked on both the underwriter and broking sides of the industry.
Hutchison Rodway has been her employer now for 23 years and she has been involved in the growth of Hutchison Rodway over this time.
Phil Mitchell commenced his insurance career as an underwriter in 1998. He spent a number of years underwriting in the Fire and General area specializing in insuring physical assets and liability programs. He moved to insurance broking in 2007 and has since enjoyed the challenge and ability to tailor programs to suit a clients requirements.
Phil prides himself on "finding a way" and working with both client and underwriter alike to find a solution to clients needs.
Steve Taylor started working in insurance in 1972.
He obtained his associateship qualification by passing 12 insurance papers in 1980.
After 15 years with NZI in a variety of roles he left to start Hutchison Rodway Ltd in early 1988.
Steve was on the Independent Insurance Brokers Association national committee for 3 years. He has been chairperson for the North Harbour branch of the Brokers Organisation for the last 14 years.
Outside of work he is involved in social yachting, fishing and volleyball.
