HUDSON VILLAS

We are a 60-unit affordable apartment complex with both market-rate and permanent supportive housing units. Hudson Villas is a program of the Tulsa Day Center... Hudson Villas is a gated community and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are 60 fully furnished apartments, of which 55 are single occupancy apartments, complete with private bathrooms, closets, and efficiency kitchens. Of the 60 rooms, five are one-bedroom style apartments with separate living and bedroom areas. There are two laundry rooms, a computer room and fitness room in the facility. Common living spaces are provided throughout the building and lead to the courtyard area. The courtyard was designed to be a focal point of the building and incorporates features such as a gazebo, fire pit, and fountain as well as outdoor dining areas.
