We do not provide loans to consumers or for consumer purposes. All of our loans must be secured by a deed of trust on property. Previous loans include construction, rehabilitation, special use properties, acquisition, raw land, and development projects. Our loan maturities are typically for between 6 and 24 months. Payments are typically interest only, due monthly. We are a direct lender. We are not brokers. We have funded and/or serviced in excess of $200 million in loans in our history.
